All these functions cost more than several hundreds of Euros normally. Carly for Mercedes offers manufacturer level quality, is extremely easy to use and costs a fraction. It is tricking the users with the free version by showing what informations will be available in the payed version but when you buy it you will see that all the functionalties are also available on other free apps. For example the engine om6591 doesn't apear in the app. But in the free version when you select your car every category is lighing up with bells and whistles assuring you that if you pay you will have access to dpf info etc... but NO, Do not buy it. Don't be like me read also other negative feedbacks. Edit after 1st reply: I have bought also your adapter, same result. Emailed also for refund... NO RESPONSE.
Also read above here under "What's new". PRACTICE patience & persevere. Not for highly paid ppl due to evolving learning curve! Buyers' feedback is eagerly fixed by vendor. The v2 upgrade in Aug 2019 could've gone smoother via a blog on MyCarly. I was clued out of v2 upgrade as I keep unsubscribing to Carly's bothersome ad mails. Blog needed!Thus, Carly and my car were down at the same time. From 2 yrs experience with myCARLY: this program is a work in progress. I've not had time yet to try v2.
removed push notifications. other apos better out there for free Although carly would say otberwise. understanding defending the brand the bmw version is great. i have every paid pro version. carly shoukd kisten to requests. push notification was amazing in all the cars i coded and many happy customers. people that van afford older merdedes should be given a choice.
The parameters advertised on lite version are not available after subscription. Worst app... developers please see the Torque... not perfect, but at least you can read values on lite version and to see what actually have access to....
UPDATE: I emailed them, now their telling me I didn't purchase it, yet i have PROOF and even their system checker tells me my license is good until 2050. These guys are a bunch of SCAMMERS!! It's unbelievable how you pay for a service and you get charged double and now I can't even use what I paid for! It's asking me to buy it again 🤦 So much for brand loyalty and misrepresentation of a product. Be careful, they will take your money! 💰💲💵
I purchased the full version of the app but I cannot update, still stuck at the trial version and the sad thing is I have contacted Carly via mail and no response to date. Wasted money, very disappointed!
horrible. you pay this kind of money and after each update, they expect you to buy it again. no other app, at any price, does this. update: i see they responded with no solutions to me as others. they want to test your patience with sarcastic and patronizing emails, complete with smily faces and useless information. it seems like you're talking to a 10 year old, despite the price you pay for a technical app that charges so much. bottom line, they cant even find your account with a log!!
Unreliable. Developer changes their policy without considering customers. I bought this software when it was usable with any obd tool and the software had lifelong usage. Now they taken away support for generic obd tool and also made the software on subscription basis,without considering we old customers and now the spent money as well as the app is useless for me.
No possible to see parameters like dpf regeneration etc. Just saying it has no value. My engine isn't available either mo651. contacted support team about 3-4 months ago no response. All in all bit disappointed. And no it doesn't work with CR42 "sorry for this parameter we don't have actual value" no live data is available for my engine. Only one star as I'm even more frustrated.
Don't waste your time. I performed the diagnostics then the app said I can't access the report on the free version however it will send it to my email. Waited 24 hours and nothing received. I contacted the customer service but no one answers. The paid app costs 44€!! How should I paythis anount showing me any hint about the capability of the app
i brought full version and did full scan and it shows 0 defect, but my car show "esp fault visit workshop" and intermttent shuting down of ac and non functioning of ac, to re start, stop the car and remove the key and re start and become ok and some time say its head light is not working, but actualy its functioning. . my car is w203 c 200 k 2006
The digital Garage is broken, using a S10+. It keeps saying the device is not connected to internet, i ttied with wifi and 4G but no luck.
Now I finally purchased a genuine dongle and used it properly. Fault codes are very descriptive. Doesnt seem to read the airbag light unfortunately. But hopefully support will be added in future!
Way too expensive, only works with Carly adapter at £74.. OBD adapters are £3 on Ebay and work with all other software..
Does not read my vehicle data. Torque Pro works fine on same vehicle using exactly the same adapter. Save your subscription and get an autel or icarsoft MB2.
your app does NOT CLEAR ABS SRS FAULT CODES ON MERCEDES there is no fault with my system except me pulling the seatbelt reatraint plug.Mercedes star clears no problem but not carly I will give 5 stars when this is rectified but as it stands i was conned into paying for this app plus another £55 for the dongle that you told me i needed.
Cannot login or create an account to begin with....even I do have it with them. Kind of poor start or neglected app performance. 1star
stored sign in information but couldn't actually sign on. had to go facebook and deauthorized the app access.
I have both Carly for BMW and Mercedes . . they are both useless . . and that you have TWICE to have premium on two differend brand is just horrendous business practice! . . STAY AWAY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
Recurring subscription payment taken without authorisation or notification. Terrible customer service, terrible product.
this app is a lie it doesnt work i tried it on different mercedes and never read their faults then i connect them to other app and it reads the fault so stay away from carly its a rip off for miney the pro version
Worthless, my check engine light is on and the apps can't even read the code. Waste of money.
Always showing to update but is no newer version available and from yesterday is not connecting to odb2 adapter. 👎👎👎

Maybe it work's on iPhone but not on android. You can't even select vehicle on this app. Just waist of time
Not terrible, but costly for what it does. You can get all of the same information from Torque Pro for less money. It doesn't have the same integration for Mercedes as it does for, say, BMW, so save your bucks and get Torque. Conversely, spend a bit more and get a standalone computer that does a LOT more than this app ever will.
