This app works but it really needs updated. I can look up and request books, but when I check it the app keeps making me sign-in when I already done so so I can't check the request status. And the events page doesn't work anymore, you can't check what events are happening at each branch anymore.

Other people may complain, but it works fine on a pixel 2. bit slow, but it works.

I love using the Carnegie Library app! It is very easy to use!

i was using this on my iphone and it was glitchy bit npw i switched to a pixel 3a ot no longer works. hope they update the app soon!

i have a newer Android, and tried to update the app for better performance. Looks like last update was in 2014???

You need to update this, they barely had android when this was last updated....

You can't do much with it.

IF ANYONE WERE TO COMPLAIN I SUGGEST DONATING MONEY TO MAKE IT BETTER. Its for the library, and does what it needs to, it could be better but what would you expect from community based funding?

Recently, the function to put a hold on an item has stopped working.

No Update in 4 YEARS what's up with that huh? If you don't plan on updating your app then delete your app. This app has Alot of bugs and you can't look up New Dvds or Books 📚. Fix this problem already huh.

When I first downloaded this app, it worked like a breeze, but with each week since, it has gotten slower and slower. What used to be instantaneous search results now take two minutes or longer. Strange bug where it logs you out sporadically, and logs you in as someone seemingly named "I Have An Account".

This is a really useful app. I can be out of state and renew books we brought with us, and request books or movies. I can pull up within seconds when our library closes and so much more. This has been so helpful for our library lovin' family. The only thing I wish it had (and this may have to happen with the system before it can happen with the app) is a count of how many people are in front of me for a requested item. It would just be nice to know and help keep me or others patient.

For my purposes, primarily renewing books, the app can't compete with the website. There's simply no way to renew multiple books at a time, have to wait through a painful process for each book individually. I had the impression that the purpose of mobile apps was to reduce bandwidth and to make common tasks more clear-cut and/or readable, and this isn't firing on all cylinders, missing this second improvement.

I have no problem with the app. It allows me to take care of all my business without going into a library.

Main menu will not load. It did in the past. But nowt just stop working. I even re installed the app.

I love booklook, makes it so easy to find books I don't want to buy. I can check events, hold books, renew items, use the catalog and more. LOVE THIS APP.

An option to select multiple items and renew all at once would be very useful. Another very useful feature would be if the app could give the user notices when books are up for renewal or become late.

So much easier than trying to access on the regular browser on my phone. The barcode scan option is genius, I see myself using it a great deal!

Working great for me. Able to manage my clp acct on the go without the awful browser experience.

So much easier to read on my tablet. Best way to search for books and access your account. Great App! Update: added it to my HTC phone and works just as well. Wonderful!!
