Everyone there is very professional and goes way out of their way to help you in every way. From the minute you go in to the time you go out the door. I have just joined and feel like I have been there for a consideral amout of time and know everyone there. A very nice and feel at home bank to be a member of.
Insists I update the app. Will not download. Makes it pretty much useless. 9/25/19: same story. Insists I update it, but will not download.

Bank of America showwd all transactions immediately this one on weekends and certainly pay at the pump never shows its slow and hard to judge my account!!!!!! Terrible

It finally works right! Try it ; you'll like it... This app appears in Google Store under the old logo. The old version never worked right. But this is the NEW version (3/10/2015), and it actually works... It will appear in your app listing under a different (new, improved) logo.
Huge Disappointment! After install app states that "eDeposits are disabled for your account, please contact customer service." i then waited to speak to a customer service rep, who could identify the issue with my account and informed me that i would have to speak to someone at my local branch to resolve this issue. So, i can check my balance, but i can't use to deposit checks. I'm sure that Caro will solve the problem, but it sure is frustrating to be offered an app/service that wastes my time.
