I love the app and is very easy to find my appointments and my next appointments. My only problem is atriuim health blue does that mean there's a new app. I watched the video it didn't seem to help much everything is still the same. It's very difficult sometimes getting my messages.
Android: Pros - nice UI, easy to follow prompts when following one flow only, and has good main menu options for starting your actionsn and has a quick response time when navigating through screens. Cons - There is no clear way to get to the menu once you leave it. Navigating around is a bit difficult. Hitting back takes you to various different screens and not in reversw-order you came through them - and they randomly (seemingly) take you to Main Menu from doing that.
Completely confusing. Not all of my doctors are listed on the "send messages". Go to blue. You're on green. Have your portal people take a look at the UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center) portal for how easy it is to use. Keep it simple and easy. Have only one way to access messages, lab results, etc. I dread trying to find anything on this portal.
Looks really cool with lots of colorful icons, but is a very confusing interface. For instance, I press on "messages" if I want to see or leave a message, but in that section I am told to press elsewhere to see or leave a message. Other features make about as much sense. NOT user friendly, even in 2022.
Easy to send messages to your doctor, make appointments, request prescriptions & also manage your families profiles/ information as well. The reason I rated 3 stars is because health summary does not transfer over completely, leaving health issues outdated. User is unable to directly their health issues into system & can be asked multiple times to complete health issues/ record questionnaire, which frequently does not save or will time out. Very frustrating.
I thoroughly enjoy the healthcare portal. Sometimes it is a little difficult to navigate, but it's great once you get the hang of it. My 90 year old mother cannot comprehend, or grasp the concept of the healthcare portal. She believes anything & everything can be accessed & seen by anyone & everyone with computer access. It's just generational differences & comprehension.
Messaging attachments to your doctor's on the blue message selection never works. Making me have to drive to the doctor to drop off a simple piece of paper. Very annoying.
No direct access to Dr. Haynes. I always have to go through another link for the last 6 months or so! Very frustrating & unprofessional!
I can't use the video visit because the thing doesn't work anymore! No voice comes up to test the microphone and the camera; I can't see or hear the provider anymore; I checked the permissions for this app and both features are allowed...I don't know what to do anymore!!! I called my Atrium help and they couldn't help me either!!!
The old app worked way better than whatever the heck this is. If the content ever loads, it takes 3-4 times as long, and there isn't a way to escape / back button out of many records so I have to force close the app. This is not an upgrade, y'all.
Can't post a review without using the stars so I'm giving one star instead of zero stars because this app is absolutely bogus. I understand things are taking time to "Transition", but this is the worst process ever. I can't even log in anymore - just a plain white screen with the Atrium logo. Nowhere to put your username and password anymore. Just awful, almost everyday since this transition started it has been something new going wrong.
This app never works correctly. I send messages to my child's doctor to avoid long wait times on hold just to have to call the doctor's office any way because my message is either never received or just not followed thru with. I am very aggravated by this app. This is the third time I have experienced this with the app. Trust me.. don't waist your time. Just sit on hold on the phone at least then you can talk to someone.
This really is very inconvenient. I can't find my daughter's lab results on either one of the atriums. I pray to God this don't take til 2023 to straighten out that's rediculous and very unacceptable. It don't take that long to transfer over but you should have left it the way it was. This app is messed up now you can't find your way around. It says if you can't find it here tap the link above to go back to my atrium and THERE IS NO LINK above so why put that and confuse people?
I have thoroughly enjoyed using this app. It's easy and gives me all of the information that I may be looking for, inside of it. Especially my appointments and being able to initiate contact with either one of my doctors!!! Thank you ATRIUM HEALTH!!!!
The portal is great! Although I had extremely a lot of trouble trying to and e-visit. But if you call the phone number for help they are really great.
Before the update I would give the portal a 5. Since the update, I have not been able to send messages to my doctor. I input a message and get a message thanking me for contacting my doctor. I leave the portal thinking my doctor will get the message but never hear back. When I access the portal to check my message is no longer there. A learning curve is expected when updates are made but the inability to communicate with our health team us totally unacceptable. Wait times on the phone are long.
While in transition most of the latest information is there. But it has dropped my Dr's from my profile. I have sent messages to the the support team and they keep telling me they are there, and they are not. So who in this wide world of inap support techs do I have to talk...excuse me, email to to get this confound problem fixed.
I do not like this "update"! I regretfully linked another account, and it is terrible. I thought, wrongly, accounts would be separate, but now I can't find my primary emails easily. It's a horrible runaround. Ugh! 😠
Clunky Unresponsive at times... Almost impossible to send a message to the right person.. New incoming messages don't appear under message tab... they are still under blue atrium. It's pretty bad...
This is awesome! Bit of a learning curve, but can do everything on it: make appointments, message doctors, see all test results often before having follow up appointments with doctors. You have your own chart in your hand, so you are able prepare for your appointments and ask informed questions.
With the updates, the app has become useless and I can only navigate on a laptop.
I like to know all about my medical history the app is great for that as far as I know I just need time to figure it out thank you.
Was great until recent update. Now I can't get access to my son's health records, health messages etc. If it ain't broke then don't fix it. This is useless now! The company updating it really needs to reconsider what their good at cause their no good at updating what was a perfectly good app.
The app is not compatible with most web browsers which is unacceptable in 2022. I tried to have an appointment and the video chat feature did not work and I wasted thirty minutes of my life waiting for nothing.
I have sent 4 messages to customer service concerning billing since the 1st of Feb asking for a response. To date, 22 days later, I still have not had any contact from customer service. This is not acceptable service. Even if you cannot resolve my concern, a simple response of some kind is expected.
What is the point in going paperless if I can't see my bills on here. All I see are the two bills I paid LAST year. I have NEVER been able to see my bills on there, but yet they have no problem sending me to collections. Then when I ask about it through the app, I get the same response, call the billing center so they can help you pay your bills! Who has time to sit on the phone to go through my bills when I should be able to see them on the app that continues say, see your bills, make payments!
