The app is super friendly and the UX is smooth. Ordered for a jump start, and the experience was recommended. The follow up after a book, during and after is great. This is an initiative to be supported and provides convenience particularly if you need a battery change. There's even a 0% installment plan!
Great service , hard to find any stores during this holiday and decided to try out carput. The price are definitely cheaper and totally worth it. Had my batteries changed within 10 minutes , super efficient and definitely easier than going around finding other places.
Used their service today, contacted them in the morning and the customer service contacted me on WhatsApp. Explained to them the issue, and set the appointment. The technician that attended to me was very skillful, helpful and punctual as well. Overall a good experience and to all female drivers this is a must have app for you! My car battery died today. Having once downloaded the app when I saw the name on a van, I used it. Smooth app, responsive representative, and quick and professional service from the technician. I recommend everyone has this app on their phone. Once you need it, you will be glad you knew about it
Great service. Reps are quite knowledgeable and responsive. Prices are actually competitive and delivery quick and easy. It took them about 30 mins from request till end to replace the EFB battery in my Mazda. However, a reset for the i-stop system needs to be performed every time the battery is replaced for a Mazda. They did not perform nor inform me of this(but for which I have knowledge of). Fortunately, this can be done easily without help from any service center. But satisfying overall.
efficient and professional. Thought I had a puncture and was too worried to pull out the nail on my own in case the tyre deflates but turned out that the Carput rep pointed out that it was just stuck in between the ridges. Had I continued driving, the nail would have definitely punctured the tyre. Only feedback i have is about the service price as it didn't entirely fit the service requested. But understandable. Thank you for existing!
Fantastic and prompt service, even though it is MCO time. My old battery already weak and only left to 6%. Carput had contacted me immediately, once i had requested to change to a new battery. The technician also updated me when is the arrival time. The price also affordable too. The battery changing process took around 15mins and payment very convenient done using ewallet. A great apps for us to request for car fix with a click!
Very very very convenient app for car break down on anywhere! My car was unable to start, I just open the app and choose what kind of break down of my car happened, and they sent technician come for help in just 30mins, and the charges are alrdy stated in the app, there are no extra charges, very good and convenient app ever for driver happened any breakdown on the road! Love it!
Great professionalism. The customer care made a mistake and it was immediately compensated and then the technician made the mistake and I immediately notified, the technician came and rectified the issue immediately...everyone make mistake and only few own it...Carput is one of them. App is a bit confusing but does the job- you're able to see where and estimated time till the person is going to arrive. Service is super friendly & reliable.

Service is fast. Just in a span of 30 minutes from my resquest until the completion of battery changing. Knowledgable, friendly and skillful technician. Definitely one of the best service that I got so far. Am satisfied with the service. Will recommend to more of my close friends and relatives letring them know of sure services available in a fast manner.

Installed this for quite some time already, but finally got to use their services today after my car battery went flat. Service wasn't as fast as I thought, but I think it couldn't be helped with the pandemic. Still, a technician arrived within half an hour, and settled the new battery quickly. Highly recommended!
I got a weird electrical issue with my car and I live in an area where car service centres and specialists are scarce. Going around asking for nearby shops and querying Google Maps were a hassle. Thankfully I suddenly thought about Carput and decided to try. It was so much easier. They sent a real willing repairman. He diagnosed and although we couldn't find the root cause of my issue but at least I got my car running along with technical troubleshooting guides from the guy. Awesome!
This apps is easy to use & understand. It's keep the history from the previous time when i change my car battery. Easy for me to estimated time or schedule the time for the next changes. The response from customer service is very prompt. No hassle at all!

Great experience, all the way from booking an appointment through the simple and user-friendly interfaced app to the excellent service provided by the technician. Not only did he replaced the battery, but he also checked to make sure it was properly installed and even gave me some advice about certain part of my engine that might be faulty. Kudos

My car ran out of battery on a Sunday night at the basement parking level of a shopping complex. Where my insurance hotline failed to provide service, this app helped me out of my car woes. Within one hour of installing the app and lodging a report, an assigned technician arrived, changed the battery and I was able to start my car again. Extra points for the multiple mode of payment option (I used a credit card). Every step of the process was hassle-free and given off a very positive vibe. Definitely would recommend it.
