The decoded VIN information will appear on their account’s "Previous Vehicles" list and allows shops to:
- Capture a vehicle’s detailed information, including year, make, model, and engine
- Launch CarquestPro to find parts for scanned vehicles right from the app
- Store recent vehicles scanned within the app itself
- Upload the scanned data into your Carquest Professional online account
To look up parts or upload scanned vehicles to your Carquest Professional account, you must be an active professional customer. Visit myadvancepro.com for information on starting a professional customer account or obtaining your online credentials.

Unable to shop for parts cause I don't h ave a profile started,and can't find command to create one,so I just put in user name/password thinking I would be shown create new account option,but its not doing it.To bad case im being my 1st restoration project and researching parts/price.That being said another parts store that isn't complicated to use will be getting my money.Im not very tech smart,I suggest maybe make it less complicated to use your app????
Do not install this app! No parts shop has any business requesting photo or phone information. Requesting my vehicles VIN is an invasion of privacy as well! No other parts company will ask for these permissions. I will no longer do business of any kind with Carquest/Advanced Auto!
Professional use only!😄👍 The people leaving bad reviews saying they can't create a account are funny... this is for professional/commercial account holders at carquest not the average joe.
That sucks I couldn't get anything done with it if you go to the store it's a higher price you can't really it's just I don't even buy from them anymore

Looking to find out the sizes of my brakes are for my Jetta. Will not recognize the vin at all.

Just downloaded this app for the first time. Can't even use it because it doesn't s not allowing me to create a profile. Their options are sign in with existing account or go away.
