Ever since they launched the new app, its hanging not working properly and the points aren't being added up properly. Can't redeem them either. Customer care is zero. Haven't ordered online from them, but the reviews are not encouraging for their online delivery. Hope sort out this tangle.
The app is forcing me to download the online shopping app where i don't even need that app. I don't want to waste some data on downloading and don't wasted to waste some space on my memory for an app where i never will be using it. Kindly review this and remove that app downloading pop ups that comes in it.
I visited carrefour on 9th Oct to buy offered item. The salesman told me that it was our of stock. But the item was present on the stand. When I told him to look at it, then he said lamely it has no packing. Later I understood it was a cheap tactic to attract customers.
When ever I want to show the barcode to the cashier,the app keeps forcing me to download the shopping app when I have already did!! I have lost a lot of points because of this fault.
I was trying to login, can't Abe to open , it's showing please check login information,when I have been given forgot password that time it's was working in Google, I don't know why you guy opened this app for customer, look at customer respective,how they are facing.
It is a shity app it may work for a day or two .then never open it's shity better to not try it. Even the support email is not found it is wrong
This app keep telling to download MAF APP and won't let me use my MyClub card. I downloaded the MAF app and its still appearing will you please fix this problem.
very bad . always shows to download MAf Online application. if we don't want to do also we can't cancel it.
The new version doesnt work. Keeps showing to download some other app and gets stuck too
Before was nice app for earning points now u can't open it if u don't want to download carrefour app for shopping online...why are you forcing people to download it not everyone like to do shopping online..if it continues like this I'm going to uninstall it😡😡
It's not working any more, so I had to uninstall it to save device memory, though I still posses 58.345 points!
how many times trying to recover my account and to sign up.... but it give me hell of time.... always invalid token...and if i sign up as a newbie nothing happen also..
This app is useless, I still haven't received the points for my purchases and I doubt I'll ever get a response back from them.
It keeps opening a pop up telling to download MAF Carrefour app, which does not even have Bahrain in the list.
Can't even use the barcode anymore even after downloading their online shopping app. DON'T DOWNLOAD.

in website i can enter long password but the app wont take long password so i cant login in the app.
I tried installing it again coz I chanhed my phone the app is not even opening...how am I supposed to use it for shopping when you guys can't work out the simplest thing
Huge application took to much storage space in my Samsung Edge mobile. I removed it.
This is very useful app and can save more through this app. Happy to have very useful app
my points were gone but i didnt got any vouchers or discounts i had like 200.000 points and there are only 19.000 points left.

Extremely poor service at Carrefour Riffa Village Mall. I had myclub discount collected and they said the system is not accepting. It got expired and my discount was gone. So I use this app everytime when I am shopping and when time comes to actually benefitting me you have excuses. I am deleting myclub app. Very very disappointed.
