Great job Carrefour! I love not having to carry an extra loyalty card in my pocket. The sign up process is really fast and simple too. What I like most is the digital copy of the receipts that is available after shopping. Overall great app.
What really is the purpose of this app? What really is the purpose of find a store? How many stords do you have to even need a "find a store" section? Catalogue of products not there, not able look at store products or offers. This is an app ideal for vanity nothing else. Have a look at apps like for best buy or amazon. That is the purpose what a shop/market app should serve. Products and ability to purchase via a cart. All in all, it is a useless app.
Worst app. Does not work. Bar code disappeared. Why do I have to scroll so far to input my birth date? You have such a big name but your app is useless. Why can't you just introduce cards??? You ain't saving the environment by not using cards. Cleanshelf and Naivas have better game at this. I just lost points for the second time because I had to buy bundles on the line wasting people's time and even after buying the app never worked. Read your reviews and see the negative Vs positive.
Don't even bother installing it. Most functionalities don't work including loyalty points, messaging, call contact and email content. They need to scrap it then launch it when they are actually ready.
Hangs, every single time! I always have to uninstall and reinstall in order to get it to work...every single time, while at the cashier's:-( . It's nice that it stores your receipts electronically though.
The app is a scam. I bought a lot of goods, and it would not start. I offered to have them input my details manually as Naivas does but they said that my app must work. It is not my fault, and I was punished for their incompetence. Waste of time and not worth it.
The app does not work, it is not catching the internet signal. My points are not updating after every purchase and when you click on options it is hanging.
I can't seem to get my barcode number an from the review it seems most people have the same issue i have emailed no response till now. Just get the normal plastic cards if your IT department can't create a reliable app. Otherwise your customer service is okay especially at the hub mall.
I feel cheated, after changing phone and downloading the app, all points gone. So dissappointed and even after raising the issue no one seems serious to deal with it. If digital can't work may be give us the physical cards. Stop fooling us in the name of digital.
The app is unstable. So frustrating. One can't get useful info from it rendering it useless. Had to uninstall it after 10mins.
By far the worst experience on my phone,Android Q. Its 100% always freezes despite having a top end phone. After waiting months for an update to resolve it, the developers are not concerned
I cannot get to register for the My club loyalty card. Login works, but signing up for the MyClub royalty card through the app is a joke. It will be "stuck" at "We are loading your app. Thanks for waiting" in an endless loop. This is pure garbage.
Dont bother installing this app ,it keeps failing ..Even after complaining on email ,facebook all they keep saying is we have fowarded your complaints to the loyalty department .They will follow up and contact you ..Two months nothing ..Deleting the App .🙄 One cant even log in to the app ..Says wrong credentials even if they are correct !!!!
This app does not work once you change phones! Have even created new account but once i change phones it does not load the club points account. None of the staff at customer care have been able to resolve the issue for several months now.
Terrible. It was ok until I changed phones. I have installed and uninstalled. Never able to make progress. Always hangs making me loose points.
If you want your phone to hang and force you to restart, then install this app. Such a useless app. I have missed out on loyalty rewards severally because it simply couldn't work. I had to uninstall. Zero work
Disappointed by the the customer service and management. I raised a complaint 2 weeks ago about an overlooked registration of points from September.... Carrefour at the Hub... They gave me same excuses they had back in September. Told me they would call and rectify. Nothing till now... Such mishandling unacceptable.
Once i switched my device,the barcode for my app dissapeared,contacted customer service but nothing has happened to date,i've lost so many points.
The app stop operating about three months ago' every time when I need to get points load3d' it does not function. Please check and attend. Not a nice experience.
App won't open after a few days. And that's after I spent ages going back in time to enter my DOB. From other reviews here I'm not sure I'll be able to reinstall it as I don't recall the password.
Can't get the offers Your checkout counter of 10 items or less is useless. People with cartloads are there and cashier processes them Do you train your cashier's to say no.. Why do you keep such checkout then? Cashier's should be fired. Only then will it work. Cashier's at that checkout have attitudes when you ask them why they served more items... They should take only 10 and say go into another que. Customers are not always right. Neither are your staff. Staff are not helpful
Takes light years to download whether on mobile data or on Wi-Fi and that's a bad omen in itself... Fix that problem asap and then we can talk about the app itself..!!
This is one horrible app despite the great service at the stores. Disband this thing and start over...this was a totally rushed effort.Bogus!
Horrid app, worked okay at first until all my points disappeared into thin air. Raised with the team and weeks later no resolution.
Easy to use. The electronic receipts are fantastic. Getting information on promotions is a big help.
Very basic, doesn't help if you are looking to shop online. They take you to jumia where they have 3 products. Am disappointed ☹️.
Lines are always long at the store because the cashiers are super slow. As much as customers need full attention, they can please try and be faster coz I don't think I will ever visit that store again.
The app barcode is not transferrable to a new handset where the personal details does not change at all. This is very frustrating indeed. I wish you could work on this asap. Thankyou.
