Absolutely disappointing! It stopped updating the points at 449 and ain't update for over 6 months now. I can't even reset my password and Carrefour doesn't accept the e-receipt generated by the app to exchange items. So, it's worth nothing! Don't waste your time!

any purpose of this app?? you can not register your receipt, or scan it,,, it is just interested in permission to access contacts & images on your phone, at the same time assuring that they will not be shared with anyone,,,, then why do you need access for??

Its not working since last 2 months. I asked the cashier that why it is not showing points as it is always showing 0 points. Cashier said to reinstall it. Now it is not taking email and password. You are having such a big stores all over but can't manage an app properly. What is the use of it and telling your customers to install it. Please dont make us fool and fix the problem of your app.

Useless app. Nothing works. Always says I'm not connected to the internet. They seem to only collect personal data like photos and media and dont offer any value added services.

For 1 month I try to redeem my points at the cashier for the 5rials coupon but the cashier always tells me it's not working but she says it worked for other customers before me. When I try to send feedback through the App it says no internet connection although I am connected. Now when I tried to reinstall I read other people are facing the same problem!! And no solution?

My points don't update anymore :( I don't seem to be getting any more points. I have my receipts on the app but my number of points has not increased - I spend about 50RO each shop! I tried to send a message on 'Contact us' but it says I don't have internet connection when I do.

no help icon which describes how to shop online. no provision to manually register my points using the bill. those how want to change the DOB click on the year then u will be able. after all , I don't know what for is this apps, what benefits????!!!!

Excuse me, I have an issue with My Club account for over a month now. I have sent 4 emails all bounced back as address is unavailable. I have called your Customer Service for over 20 times always on hold we no answer. I have sent feedbacks on my My Club accounts we no reply or no care. I need assistance is the reality is that I CAN NOT reach any customer assistance AT ALL???!!!

Could not redeem my 5 OMR coupon today. Cashier said there' s a problem . I tried sending a feedback through myclub app but it said I didn't have internet connection even when I had. Didn 't issues redeeming rewards from Shukran and other shops.

It is useless. Points not added in any way... How many times i purchased in Carrefour and use this app. But points no avail. As in Nada... 0... Useless... Uninstalled the app.

Last 4 times they scan barcode but did not receive my point also now a days don't show up my receipt Last time they told me technical problems.. How may time's we have to suffer 🤔

Bad experience... Should at least allow you browse without registration.. also it made me wait a mote than a minute to load.. as software developer.. i yhink the app needs to be rebuilt with a better UI and UX

Can't redeem the vouchers so it's useless to collect points and use the app. No support at all for the app.

doesn't fetch the data when mobile is offline. it is better to link receipt with email address in case the user did not have internet access in punching time

I thought I would be able to save but points are going to nowhere since the rewarded coupon doesn't appear haha....

It doesn't work at all ...ur points can't be added manually or it doesn't add by it's own ...it's a sham

I can't open my e receipts anymore. The app performance is very slow.

I used to use this apps, it could be fabulous right if there is something update. I'm waiting on. What the excitement about?

Total joke, had points before and suddenly disappeared, and still not getting any points whenever i shop there, when asked the cashier only some products have points, useless and disrespecting your customers, try to learn from Shukran and Sultan center

It's ok, why 50MB though, this app can easily be under 5MB.
