what i discovered people who signedup for the app when it was launched their accounts barcode don't work and their app keeps giving error on each option. If you signup a new account now then new account works. BUT if you login back your old account that gives same error. Somehow their database is corrupted for people who signedup during app launch.

The points conversion system is laughable. You get 1 point for every 20 rs spent. And the minimum cashout amount is 2500 points (50k in shopping), after which you get a joke of a voucher with a sum total of 250 Rs. Yes, you read that right. The only thing this app is good for is collecting consumer spending/preferences data for Carrefour. Avoid.

The feedback forms on the app don't work. It keeps asking for internet connection although Wi-Fi is connected. Even the email address doesn't work if I go through 'email us' link. Points just disappear and after spending around 25k, we only get 250 Rs ! Seems pointless

the point system is totally stupid. I downloaded the app accumulated about 5000 point after which I got a voucher of 500 PKR which was valid for 45 days. Mind you the 5000 point I scor r were done after shopping for more than 100K. after which i got only 500 points. with a validity. the average shopper visits for groceries once a month. whats the point for having it. Uninstalling it after learning about it. severely disappointed

I find it's e-receipt to be the most useful feature. Haven't availed any discounts yet. It takes 3 to 5 shopping trips for the app the work and start showing points.

This app used to work, but since few months it does not send OTP when I login. All my accumulated points are wasted. I cannot use this app without an OTP because Myclub bar code doesn't appear. Very disappointed.

Its just an ad rather than app. Nothing extra compared to just browsing the site on internet. No items can be viewed and no option for online shopping. By the way why does the app need to acess my images?

e receipts use to show when this app was launched. they do not anymore. the point system seems to have a mind of its own. needs a lot of improvement with e receipts showing and the point system needs to explained so that people know its dynamics.

user experience bugs: 1. there's a problem in app registration module, while adding date of birth, users have to scroll months back from today's date. imagine im 46 years old so how many months I've to scroll? and while scrolling if you click out of screen by mistake then the punishment is user have to restart from today's date. 2. no option after writing here the feedback. it's to click back to get submit screen. there needs to be "Done" button or something visible. More issues are also there

useless app. not updated regularly. doesnt show the e-receipts even though the staff reads it. whenever i try to lodge a complaint, it gives error and says get connected to internet, lolz, so as to avoid any complaint record.

Following bugs are noticed in app. 1 Not sending OTP Pin code to mobile in SMS 2 All E-Receipts are not updating to app of customers even after scanning the MyClub Card number. 3 From Contact Us no any message from any section is being sent through app and it says that Internet connection not found. 4 Consumer/Member pic is not uploading to App 5 Item-wise points on each shopping are not showing. There are many other bugs as well. Please fix all these at earliest.

It is not responding for my receipts. Not even find any update. Please solve the problem. Secondly if download bill option in excel or txt or pdf format is given then it will more helpful. Regards Umar Farooq

A very crappy app - does nothing like the adds running on national TV and yes I tried all the 3 variants available on store! Your director of Marketing should be held accountable for such a mess up!

this app is a total wate of effort and time.forget about any benefits. customer only gets a voucher of 2 dollars after spending more than Rs.50k on shopping to achieve the 2500 points Target. effort is too much.... get your mobile ready at counter, open app, set brightness and ohh god the several attempts to scan sometimes.

I have a complaint about the Carrefour app. I opened my Carrefour account on a different phone, and I lost all my points on my previous phone. I would suggest that the app be able to handle multiple account logins, i.e. accesing same account from multiple phones without losing points on any phone.

As the app was not working so i uninstall the app and install it again but after re installing app, when i entered my gmail account and password it states that invalid credentials, as i thought may b i forgot my password but now i m trying to recover password but no code is sent to my number and email id. I m trying from 1 week plz help me that whats the issue and how to resolve

useless app. I did some shopping on Carrefour and used this app and got almost 2k points. But on my next visit to Carrefour, when I used app, my previous points got vanished. I tried emailing them but no response from it. Highly not recommended

The receipt material fades within few days and we cannot read from receipts. Kindly add feature in app to print/reprint receipt in PDF Format or to printer. Secondly share feature crashes on my android device.

Literally the worst app you can download. I mean what is this app even for?? Is it for online shopping? If it is, then boo 👎👎This app is extremely slow and can't even return the results for a basic search. I just wrote apples in the search bar and nothing came. Such a nasty app.

Poor appI tried to login while shopping couldn't coz of network, tried connecting ur Wi-Fi customer service said its not working, gave them data for manual entry, today I had to reset my mobile after resetting when I logged in ur data base couldn't recognise my credentials. Had to register as new user with the same email and phone number. My points are not visible now. Should I keep ur app or delete it coz the css guy told me they do manual entry once. And we can't update receipts from our end.

Only good for keeping record of invoices, point system is useless eg. For 1600Rs shopping i got 76 points. Have to gather 2500 points to get discount of 250Rs. For 2500 points I'll have to do 50k shopping.

Useless App, It does nothing at all. You just register yourself to see a PDF file or browse website of Carrefour, which can also be done with any already installed browser.

I received a coupon with a 2 week validity. Once I enabled the coupon for use it had no price mentioned on it just NaN. I restarted the app and the coupon was gone

My old receipts are not loading. And my last purchase receipts are not added. My points are still there not increased. Kindly fix it. Also extend the delivery areas of Lahore city.

Good ... But some areas for delivery are not available in the list and many items are not available ... Improve your delivery service by adding more areas of Lahore such as Mozang and by adding more items ... So we can do online shopping easily ... Waiting for immediate response

i have downloaded this app and after shopping i showed my app on the counter to scan. i didnt recieve any e receipt and did not recieved any points. the same happened the second time. i have shopped worth of 50k
