I wish I could give it a NO star rating. One of the most horrible apps I have come across. Since the time I have changed my phone I could never login to this APP. And whenever I try to register with a different account it says "email already exists". How is that even possible when I just created the email a few minutes back? Worst APP ever.

A truely bad app and company, not able to login on the busiest shopping day of the year...presumably a deliberate act to stop customers gathering or using their points. Still cannot login or reset password despite uninstalling and re-installing the app.

App has a problem, it keeps showing "Oh, snap" message, and there is a connection problem when the connection is just fine.

my earned points not updated also coupons cannot be claimed. fed up going each time to customers service. cannot send feedback/complaints in app. keep loading for hours! i even downloaded a full movie and this useless app keep loading

The app often malfunctions, and there is no way to access your points in the store when the app malfunctions short of getting a new number. Then there is no way to merge the accounts - at least none that customer service know about.

I subscribed initially. The point given are too low and that too for certain purchase only. Also the food products quality of Carrefour Qatar is degrading. I have stopped all my purchases from Carrefour

as a staff I can say that all necessary updates has been done by now and points are generated based on specific reward item category. if you didn't get your point somehow you may always request it form ccs (customer care service)

this app is a waste of time. I used the app every single time I bought something from carrefour but nothing changed in my points. This App is a scam.

The feedback function doesn't work and neither does the email address givrn in the contact us option. Poor

We love the apps and so good for the customers not only the points they have exciting prices for the lucky winners it was awesome to see some people winning the prices like TV IPad iPhone and the car👍👍👍👌👌

Intalled in a new phone. Cannot login my account. Tried to change password, but not working, showing "Invalid Card Token"

App isn't working on New note 10 plus. Promotion cannot be opened. No points are transferred.

the last update made it better.. interface doesn't lag as much. i'd probably give it a 5 if you guys could rollout some reminders for future sale/deals

Try to reset the password it's giving error invalid token. Is there any solution. Also code was not coming to number only on mail.

I can see accurate points on my profile but the promotion catalogue is still not showing or loading from my phone. Im using Samsung Galaxy S9.

Worst developing team not a single response in fixing the issue and now its more than a year stil they r on process, better if playstore cna review it remove the app from the playstore

for about 3 weeks now I have not been getting my points my balance has stayed the same. The app is really not well made and speaking to Carrefour staff is like speaking to potatoes.

updated, yesterday...my 412 points lost, why? I shopped today in Carrefour city center with more than 400 QAR and the app did not work...really upset.

what seems to be the problem? i am trying to recover my account and creating a new password but it always says: " Invalid token". wth 🙄

Not working with Nokia 8 serico, not opening, only white page coming and mobile getting stuck.
