The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Everything that could go wrong, actually did. Late delivery, wrong item delivered (not even the same brand!), no cancelation or return oprtions on the app and after 3 calls to customer support, it is still not resolved yet. I will never order again from the Carrefour app.
The most horrible online grocery shopping experience. Each time there is either a product missing and I have to chase them for a refund, or they bring something else instead of what I've ordered, and now they've canceled my order twice after it's been confirmed each time and ibwas waiting to receive it. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible, horrible experience. Don't waste your time with them, they never get anything right.
It's like every single update just has issues that make the app unusable. Loading time is now even longer and always ends with HTTP 503 error even with mobile data. The contact form also doesn't work properly because you can't choose what your message is about (it's disabled) but you can't send a message if the message subject isn't entered! It's one headache after another trying to use this app.
I've created a weekly subscription, then modified my address and after that I couldn't edit the subscription or the single items subscribed anymore. It keeps saying "something went wrong, try later". I called service desk (3 tickets), opened a ticket online, 2 through WhatsApp channel, as of today the subscription is gone but single items still linked to a ghost subscription In reply to CDT. I have changed my rating from 5 to 1 as the app is not functioning like before, I am using my credit card to complete the payment but the transaction is failing again and again saying "Payer could not be authenticated". I called the contract center and they are as useless as the app! I think MAF and carrefour need to have better IT and technical team on board!!!
Very bad experience. Unreliable. Worst customer service. Non-functional callcenter. I paid the full bill but the items arrived missing. I chose the delivery date on the same day & my order was delivered a few days later. I had to call the call center 15+ times to get to ask for the missing products. I placed another order a few days ago and chose the delivery day next day. It is still not delivered & I now can't see it in MY ORDERS although I checked my email & the order has been confirmed.
Fruad App. They cancel the prepayment order and doesn't refund the amount. My refund is pending since August 2021, and I still hasn't received it. I have contacted helpline multiple times, each time ticket number is assigned and complaint is marked as resolved, without providing refund. They have stopped replying to my emails as well.
Selection is superior to other local options. The app dropped selections without telling me what-gave a serial number. It dropped others without informing me. Prices went both up and down while IN the cart. It still beats fighting off the crowds in the produce department. My last experience at Lulu shook me!
This is a very bad app/website for such a huge relailer. Despite the continuous updates the app keeps having payment issues as well as other glitches, that goes for the website as well. Tried different browsers and the last payment page always lags or crashes.
the basic features is good. what is lacking is the detailed description of the products with pictures. like for a food product picture of the ingredients should be made available. similarly for electronics the wattage, electrical rating, manufacturer warranty, length of cord etc. should be mentioned in the product description. that is seriously lacking. should check other online shopping apps like Amazon
The experience was horrible!, I was browsing through the app looking at all this amazing discount offers, and decided to go to the actual carrefour, to my astonishment there was nooothing, no discounts, no deals, no offers and it even lacked some products advertised. I pleaded with them to let me order it online and just collect it my self, but they dismissed me, even they didn't believe me about the lots of offers in the app, and I spoke to the IT department. Was generally a bad experience👎
App & site interface is good. The cashback online are entered manually based on my experience if you don't ask for them several times they don't give them . You can't use the cashback on the app it always says error i know that it is by design after several times informing them without repairing the problem.
Cannot use a credit card as a payment option. I have been trying to pay using the credit card for the last two days but the app won't go past the confirmation page. After clicking place order it will stay on a blank screen indefinitely.
The app have have issues from time to time like today the app isn't working at all and i couldn't finish shopping, look for items or add anything to my shopping cart and every time i go to the shopping cart it says there is technical issues, this is inconvenient.
It started off well, but everytime I order the options become more and more limited. Not all the brands for different products are on the app. I can order an item today and two days later I won't find it on the app. It beats the purpose of shopping online if the options are limited.
I've been trying to order since the 1st day of March but I'm unable to do so on this app. I registered complaint numerous times and till date nothing has been resolved yet. I've stopped shopping from carrefour now as I can't go to store and I'm unable to place order online. I've been shopping from noon instead.
Not a stable app. It's tiresome using this app because when it works it works great but for example today I have been on this app for over an hour simply attempting to pay. About once or twice a month the app enjoys having a problem and there is no system available to assist you.
This application is infested with bugs. Yesterday I was only able to add 3 products from the search list as it gave a NULL error. However, I can add more than 3 from the suggested list. Today, after the update, the whole application has no products to list, with an HTTP 404 error. Updated to 4 stars after the above errors were fixed.
Easily the worst deliver app. Placed an order on April 20, called the call center everyday after a week of no response, to no point. Call center kept promising to fulfil the order but that didn't happen. Asked for a refund, since my house was depleted and I didn't know whether I buy from somewhere else, or whether to wait as the agent promised, but they didn't refund! The stuff were eventually delivered on May 5, after I have replenished my house. Worst service ever. Deleting the app.
Pathetic experience with the app. First promo code was not working then I had to call help deskand after complaint it worked. Then I placed the order and it was confirmed, got order # and confirmation. But later the order got cancelled without sharing any reason. I ordered second time and again confirmed and order number and paid in advance. However after some time one of the item in the confirmed order showing out of stock. Now again I have to call help desk for the refund. waste of time.
Your apps seems doesn't work on catalogues that you are posting as i am choosing to shop on it.It seems that you are just advertising it to entice customer to shop but at the end,it does nothing.Only selcted items that i belive is not moving good is the one functioning.I tried to click several times the items that i needed,but its lagging or it will divert you to different type of items.its a waste of time as if it they are forcing you to shop on their market physically to avail their promotion
Unfortunately it was useful until lately it's always stuck on getting an update of my address. Nothing else, I'm lucky sometimes when I get my club barcode while I'm paying at the cashier... not sure how MAF is ignoring such issue with their application
Good that i know about product and discount items thanks of this app. But.... Online oreder for delivery. Only online payment. No cash payment. It's problematic. Also 10 iteams which is i order coming by pieces. Okay i received 4 in first day. But after. No option to choose time of delivery. Will inform you that some womans in UAE is working!!... 1000 missed calls. No compromise to handle situation. Come tomorrow or or or. Contact center not unswer. So it was first and last my shopping here
Unable to return items in certain categories on the app. Only way is to go to the store to process it. Contact center cant do anything either, they just ask you to go to the store. Inconvenient! Otherwise app is good, delivery is on time and quality of products is good. Make sure to uncheck "allow substitute" as they will bring random things.
Worse service ever!!Placed an online order for some groceries. It was first delayed for 4 to 5 hours and then at some point at night, they initiated the delivery and cancelled it after. No contact was ever made, neither any online transaction was being accepted. I then placed another order after a few days. The online payment was again not successful and worse that the delivery was delayed for a 1 whole day this time! I had also used some points to redeem the price which were never returned!!
Been using the apps for years without any issues and spending thousands of dirham until I cancelled 1 of my lowest purchase amounting AED39. After more than a month and 4 complaints, never received the refund yet. Be careful not to make any cancellation or you need to wait months before getting them back. **Latest update - just received the refund after 6 weeks. Thank you.
WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! They don't care about you, all they want is your money! Packaging was really messy, some items were labled for another customer and the driver refused to give them to me, although I have them on my bill! Not to mention the wrong items as well! The worst part is that some of my items were never out of the store in the first place, still I have been charged for them! The carelessness they have shown for an 87.52 JOD order was absurd! Very very silly service!
Terrible!!! Can't place order at all. Keeps showing errors 24th April update: Points won't be added to your account when you place order and even if call the call center they will deny that the purchased items will earn you points but when YOU OPEN the invoice, you will see how much you earned. After trying to redeem what points I have, I got an error and lost my points. Do yourself a favor and don't call them to get help, they will just be more than happy to hear that you are not satisfied.
Apparently there is a refund botton on the product I haven't received instead of contacting them. I really like the fast on time delivery, the products quality, and the no bugs fast shipping experience. It's a very good app compared to the other shoping apps. Besides, it's Carrefour which sells the products, so it's easier to get a refund or contact them.
