Confusing layout, often will not show upcoming reservations and if it does, often cannot get details. Weirdly, there seems to be poor communication between the app and my web account. It's a bit of a mess and not helpful. I really wanted to like it.
Where are the rate that you get people to check out your app. There is not one under 27$ a day totaling cheapest is 40. What's the deal on baiting customers
It's bad service, they are not care regarding the customers, they are car regarding money only ,4 days ago I made online reservation I paid $279 so I went to take my car rent from Fox rent but unfortunately they did not give the car ,I wait more than 2 hours to try finish my problem but no one care for FOX office and CarRentals. I try to cancel my reservation and refund my money until now no one care .so it's very bad service. I advised no one make any reservation from this office.
I booked a car from economy rentals Toronto for 485cad per month and they asked for 2200cad stating that insurance is compulsory. I had booked assuming that since this is an expedia company it would have some credibility. Disappointed.
This is a SCAM app. This is email from my bank. I've edited out my bank and my name for privacy "------- this is ------ from -----. I took a look at the card with my fraud specialist and he had some concerns. The charge attempted 2 times, once out of Spain and once out of Nevada. When this happens and it is a scam it normally means they collecting info and testing the card to see if it is valid and than larger charges are attempted later" Dont install!
I've been trying to create an account and it won't send me the email to verify. So in other words I can't create an account. Made several attempts, very disappointed.
Have used it multiple times now. It does its job. My only gripe is that you can't select your preferred currency!
They support Fox Rent A Car who is a Bait and Switch Fraud False Advertising company. I was not able to obtain the Jeep and had to return back from Dominican Republic to Miami. The insurance company this APP uses was rejected. I am hoping this company is SUED with a Class Action Lawsuit.

App nor mobile website accept auto fill when filling out booking form. Useless mobile app.
SCAM SCAM SCAM on the phone...they will talk from India or from Fillipins. I cancel my reservation 5 min later, but no money!!! I was charged over $500.00 Don't use this app and web.

They didn't honor the reservation and is been 5 months and has not received no money back for a over expense Wich was around $550 Xtra dollars our of my pocket
Well I haven't got my car yet , supposed to have been delivered at my apartment by 5 pm today and sitting here and still no rental car that I have already purchased.....Not cool Anyways I hope something comes through

This company is trash! Usually when I book a car stating several facts on the email confirmation I was sent I expect my reservation to be honored with the company! So imagine my surprise when I get to the rental office and they tell me I have to pay another $150 for something that is clearly already in the reservation! I rent cars at least 7 times a year and this was my worst experience with a car rental company!
This app is so easy to use.
The whole point of having an app is to be able to refer to information quickly. The app can be used to look for cars and make reservations but to get back to the res that you just made, you have to know the confirmation number and the app doesn't store it or remember for the next time you need it. Kinda useless.
It's excellent app for finding car rental at affordable prices. The improvement is being made to create My Account for keeping records of all Reservations.
I used the app to book a car. The company called me at the last minute saying they had no more rentals for the day. The app took $40 for an insurance hold on the vehicle. I can't get a refund and people have called me several times saying they are working on it. They will scam you and take your money with this app. Stay away!
