FIX YOUR APP! I noticed that when I use the icon "&" instead of "and" in the special request section, it CUTS OFF the sentence and doesn't show it in full (so for example, instead of showing "only cheese & sauce", it will actually show just "only cheese" in final order receipt, which is very frustrating and has led to multiple WRONG ORDERS in the past).

I used to like Carriage over any other food delivery app. But I can't fathom why in today's fast paced world i can't pre-order things on Carriage!!!!!! That should be something easy you can offer your clients! It is a simple algorithm which is used in many other apps. The only option your customer care agent was able to offer me, was cancel my order which was a royal waste of my time .

This is the worst food delivery app. The following are some reasons why I chose not to deal with Carriage again: 1) In the beginning, some deliverymen were rude. As a result of that, I stopped ordering through Carriage for almost one year. 2)The only way you can contact the customer service team is by live chat. The customer service team was not attentive. They only check your order status then they end the conversation rather than following up with order and making sure that it was received.

I will be more than happy to change my rating as Carriage improves. Monthly subscription option is perfect for the consumers, and deserves appreciation. However, - Out of date promotions are listed which no longer are accepted. (this is a major issue as it is against the consumer rights and it is false advertising) - Incomplete menu selections in certain restaurants. - Delivery durations are well over the competitors. - Unrefined "comzisation" dropdown menus disabling the order of chosen item.

Application is decent but service is terrible. For a delivery service that charges extra, they are terribly slow. Also, if the restaurant makes a mistake with the order, which happened in 2 out of my 4 orders so far, they will not support you. After 30 minutes on the chat with Live Support, they agreed to make a new dish and send it, which will take another 45-60 minutes to arrive. But they want to me to send the wrong dish back ! Terrible customer service.

My last order was canceled without being notified. When I contacted them, their solution was that i reorder and the customer service agent will follow up with the order. Basically, bad customer service for their pricing. On top of that, you cannot call them to follow up on your order or when you have an issue, it has to be through the in-app chat. They should offer an option to call their customer service because it's more convenient for some people but they cannot handle dissatisfied customers

"DON'T FALL INTO THEIR TRAP" I received a complementary Black subscription notification and it stated free of charge. then the started charging my credit cards with BD2 per month without prior notification or consent. It is a matter of principle to me and would have been happy to accept if they were clear about this and did indeed notify me in advance! As much as I was happy with this service, as much as I don't want to deal with them any more.

There are 2 issues happened to me twice. One is that after placing an order, it does not start tje process. Instead, it stays at the first stage before it even starts! 4he other problem is the map, I cannot view the map after the driver takes the order So please Developers of Carriage, fix these 2 core issues. Another thing is that I would prefer to have a conformation massege for the address.

The app is great. Service, not so much. Low restaurant variants as there should be more. Carriage need to add more of them. Each time I pay through credit card the app takes me to the bank's website and I have to fill my information every time, this is very annoying.

Like the app, it's user friendly and the layout is well thought of. Restaurants menus could be better but I believe it's the restaurant's responsibility to correctly add their menu. Customer service is almost non existent, you have to be really persistent to get a reply from them and hopefully fix your problem.

I like carriage because it's in the eastern province. But my previous few orders have been canceled without advice and I still don't know if money was returned. Their customer service and follow up is very weak. But they have restaurants that like. If I find the same restaurants on other delivery apps I will probably consider switching.

The app quits once it is opened when u choose Egypt as ur country, just shut down once u choose ur language and Egypt.. Although, they are heavily advertise that they r finally in Egypt?!! Very misleading 😡 I am on the latest version of android and tried to open the permissions for the app among other troubleshooting steps but with no luck.. The app is not working and the cs is not 24/7.. Bad first impression.

Very poor, the customer service is very slow, I waited 2 hours until I tried contact thier Facebook page to know what's wrong, they didn't even bother to call the restaurant or canceling the order, I have to order from a different restaurant to use the credit money and in this case I couldn't use the discount because the stupid feature of apply cuppon and apply credit is the same! Horrible experience, glovo or elmenus or even otlob are definitely better.

Crashes & freezes a lot. Also a lot of restaurants simply dont update their menus, to the point that one restaurant had a breakfast menu, and when I ordered, they called me and said it isnt available unless its morning. If that's the case, then they should've added "(only in morning)" next to "breakfast". Also theres a very bad glitch where if you type the name or a restaurant manually, it will appear whether its closed or not, and wont tell you until you add items to the cart and check out

PLEASE READ THIS!!! this app is for customers,not for drivers. of course customer is getting there orders easily. but the problem is with carriage driver app. just now I've faced a big issue, i got an order from a place where I've never went there 😑(swear to god,ik it's hard to believe) and the system is i cannot cancel the order, so i went more than 20km to the restaurant, they haven't received the order🤦🏼‍♂️. there is no way tp contact with the customer or the carriage customer service.

your app is going to be super duper flop until you won't fix the bugs. No matter how much you advertise but I can't assign delivery address after selection from food menu and it's saying "Invalid Address". Though, I have tried multiple addresses all over doha but all invalid. So, basically your App is invalid. Uninstalled! Good bye!

Not all restaurants appear on the app, u need to go to the website sometimes. General experience is fine, but if something wrong happens, error with order or payment, then the customer loses!!! Customer support is lousy. Refunds are impossible to get.

Great Service offered & better than Talabat but 2 stars because of the technical difficulties with the App. It freezes when i open the app. I have to wait for the "Stopped responding" measage to come up to close the app and let it reset. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still have the same issue.

I can no longer chat with a customer service representative. The only option is FAQs. They have become unreachable, unresponsive, and unhelpful. No reason to use the app if you have try to figure where they placed your order to get assistance at the restaurant directly.

I didn't like the arrangement of the restaurants nor the filtering function as it is not really efficient. Also, there are no ratings of restaurants so it's impossible to tell if a restaurant is good or bad without trying it first. Other than that, the app is good.

Worst experience yet. I ordered and received an incorrect order. Not to mention missing bag for my drinks and the cans were dented. "customer service" (Ahmed S) were slow and left the chat multiple times to avoid helping. When they responded they did not exchange the incorrect order. Even the delivery person was not helpful. Later I found out the App does not have a partnership with any restaurant, they just make an order and deliver it themselves. The restaurants have no idea the app exists.

Ordered today at 10:45 am and paid with my credit card. Estimated time was with in 50 minutes but the count down stopped at last 2 minutes but the order didn't arrive. Contacted customer care on chat option but no body delivered any useful information. I want to call back my money but there is no such option on the app. I think I will Rais a complain to the authorities. Last time ordering with them as it was a very bad experience
