Not set up for Canada. Its disappointing when developers of apps completely ignore the neighboring country. Edit: Reinstalled after being informed there was support and my city showed up when I searched for it, previously it was not working and not giving me canadian stores at all. Unknown why it was different the second time. Found some settings that allowed me to ignore US market as well, its not all bad.
App works ok. The express check in has never worked for me. It always shows my order number 1 in the que, then it says no progress detected call store. I always have to go inside. Inventory and price are usually correct.
Keeps me up to date with inventory and parts availability. Can order parts Saturday afternoon and have them ready for pickup Monday morning
As soon as the Ductless page loads the Android app crashes. Happens every time. This has made the app usless! Test your app on Android 7.
Not intuitive, cumbersome and filing a warranty claim is intentionally difficult. One of several reasons I stopped using Carrier as my primary equipment brand.
Seems I have the same problem as everyone else. The app will load once, then the next time it won't open, have to uninstall the app and reinstall, every single time. How is this not fixed yet? I keep having to use the website version.
This saved me when nobody from my company could give me a wiring diagram or any detailed specs, on these FCUs, I tried calling tech support to get one but the model & serial numbers didn' match up, the tech support guy sent me the wrong MEGA manual wasted hours sifting through the pages . Downloaded this app and finally found my diagram and I was able to carry out my installation of these carrier fan coil unit that get shipped without any literature. The idiot mexicans should stick to drywall
I'm having authentication issue with this app on my Samsung note 8. I just can't sign in, look up warranty or do anything else. App ID is also missing. I deleted and reinstalled the app severally yet, no solution. Please help!
Main critique is list view is horrible, but it defaults that way. Would like to be able to set default as grid view.
The app no lo get opens. In order to use it, I have to remove and reinstall it every time.
Best app in the industry. Worst phone service in the industry. But at least they got a solid app.
Good way to verify warranty. Also to preview current orders and inventory.
Great app makes ordering on the go easy. App still needs a few tweaks.

I recently went from a Samsung S7 to Samsung S20 ultra 5g-now In order to use the app after 1st time use I have to Uninstall then reload? My question is it the phone or app?

App worked great when I had a Samsung S8, now that I have the S10, it doesn't open up, unless I Uninstall it then download it again, EVERYTIME!! Don't know if it is a result of the new phone or a recent app patch, but if it is the latter; it's one hell of a coincidence to have these problems as soon as I got the new phone
