The Carrier Service Technician app provides an easy to use, powerful app that is designed to help the technician standing in front of a unit. The app helps them at the jobsite to find out what parts they need to make repairs, and it has an on-board GPS to help identify the closest location to find the parts.

Will not let me sign in. The lady at HVAC partners is rude. She should not be in customer service. There is a known problem with this app AND YOU WONT FIX IT.
Worst app every. Requires so many permissions. Cant even select a furnace without the app crashing.
Opens, I login, then it crashes.

Worst company ever,bought 3split a.c,1.5ton each,last yr one a.c got started with leakage from home unit, 2nd one started giving problem this month,carrier guy came, said gas leak ,took the home unit to workshop,said it has 6leakage point ,can't be repaired.pathetic low class a.c. Never ever will buy n won't suggest anyone this bogus brand
Difficult and clunky. App developers did not make a user friendly experience. I'm tech savvy, I can only imagine how older service techs feel trying to navigate this app.

Garbage. Constantly crashes before I can even open it. Tried on several phones and happens to my fellow coworkers too. Until it can actually work properly I wont recommend it or use it. Well I can't even use it cause it just crashes.
