Totally annoying. Each time is the same problem. Can't login - always waiting this 6 digits code and it never comes. Each time i need to call customer support to fix that.
Why does it take so long to open and retrieve load info? Also would be helpful and time efficient when you do finally wait for it to stop buffering for it to have info the info that is needed to run the load. Example.. pickup numbers and pre cool temp. You really need to fix this loaded problem. It freezes up the phone to the point where you have to do a restart.
Both the pickup and delivery was super speedy. The people were friendly and very respectful.
According to the minions of the brokers the app constantly break's down so they have to call and text the driver's all the time. Still hasn't changed same problems as usual, we have trackers on the trucks that are way more reliable apparently. This app is very disappointing or it's the brokers messing it up, showed me being 6900 miles away from my delivery with me backed up to the dock. It would be gone if I had my way.
Hello. The program was launched earlier, now does not start. Gives a message: "Carrier Link: Device not supported"
The new update is not compatible with my phone. My company is getting charged because I can't use this app. My phone is only a year old. I have un instlled this app 7 times and re installed with no changes.

This app is totally BS. I was told I had to download the app in order 2 have the load, I was also told just to delete the app after I was done with the load. I deleted the app now I'm getting text messages asking me to log back in to save on fuel mileage do not download this app what you want to bothered constantly!!! And oh yeah, someone from fourkites responds to this tell me to call that number first support, even more BS can't get ahold of anybody just get a voicemail.
I'm over 500 miles away from pickup but since I looked at the load it had me marked as arrived lmao. Not the first time it had had me artived or departed long before i have. As far as traking apps go this one is the worst i have had to work with. This app Also is a battery drain
