Having a hard time using this app. Before it was much easier it won't allow me to upload my paperwork.
It's good until you try to update the app you loose a lot of time out of your day
The fuel discounts are pretty good. But using the app is a very bad experience. It freezes up. Tonight, I am trying to list fuel on my route by price. It won't do that. It maybe goes there for a split second; then switches to your featured stops, which may pay y'all extra but are not the best prices for me. I gave you two stars instead of just one because it does occasionally work like it should, but not often enough. If tonight was my first experience with this app, I would grade it lower.
I wrote my issues in the review. Nothing to discuss. I highly doubt I'm the only person having these issues. The screen freezes, when I try to open load information the screen goes black. Herr is a better one...if the load information does open it only allows me to do it once a day. Ha ha. It doesn't matter if I restart my phone either. Took a whole week for it to allow the updates to take place. Here's my review.
App stopped working. It will not open. I had been using it fine for a year. I have tried to fix on my own. No results.
It was great until the recent update. Now it doesn't find half the truck stops. Need to fix this ASAP!!!
!!! Roll back to previous version!!!! Please allow to download previous version, this one doesn't work fast enough, we use it on the road with slow internet. Think about this, not game appearance. You are not improving app, you make it useless. Thanks. (Please return previos mode especially to check brokers and sort, who is playing like kid with this application and make it uncomfortable and unusable? Did you try to use it when you need quick check? Stop doing stupid things please.
Last update is terrible. Looks like app is loading all the time. It takes forever to show prices and when you try press different options it freeze on the end. The old interface was mutch better. Now everything is a lot more confusing. What's the point of updating something and making it worse?
Issues, everyday starts ro automatically close by itself. Having to Uninstaller then reinstall to work for less than 24 hours, I clear cache still doesn't work. Only app that does this, it's been happening for a week now.
Always freeze. The worst app ever .also when u place a bid they don't care. Sometimes u can't even upload invoices
Easy to use. All my drivers love it!
HORRIBLE FACTORING COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS They are a full recourse company so they file a UCC on your company. They say you don't send in all the paperwork, even though you do multiple times. They keep your money out of the loads YOU pull, not them, if they feel like they're not going to get paid after 90 days but they do it BEFORE THE 90 days. Then they give you copy and past BS answers. And they make it practically impossible to not renew so you can find another company
What I think is I am about to uninstall it. More than a dozen unanswered calls. More than a dozen unanswered e-mails. Still have the same issue. "There was an issue loading CarrierPro services" with a button [ TRY AGAIN ] No sense of keeping a useless app.
Horribly slow and janky. Have uploaded paperwork time and time again to be told the photo didn't go through. Photo settings are on low. Just to get to my load information takes way too long. Have fun uploading information with 1 bar of service. Practically impossible. This app belongs in 2006.

Is now Constantly crashing or freezing up. Can't upload documents without doing it several times. Every time I try to check a credit score the screen blacks out and crashes. Extremely frustrating to do business through this app.
Every since this new update we can not access trip management. Just freezes and gives up black screen. Sent multiple emails to tech, accounting, and my rep. No responses from either. The price they charge we should be able to at least use this app. New update useless.
Here are some issues: 1) Invoice delete option: If an Invoice is generated accidentally or Intentionally and is saved, there should be a delete button to remove that. 2) If multiple invoices are saved, user should be able to handle: edit, or submit those individually, not all or none. 3) CANCEL and SUBMIT buttons are smeared and CANCEL works not the SUBMIT. 4) Masking issues in the INVOICE name and PO is not authorized any othe characters eg., /-, etc. 5) no preview option in the uploaded files.
My personal opinion. I think you should be able to direct dial phone numbers and link to maps of addresses straight from the app. Again my personal opinion other than that yes it's a very good app.
This is to developers of app: after last 2 updates it' s not easy for my phone and me to browse on map and looking for prices. Just the screen freezes there is too much info I'm with Galaxy Note 10+ with 12Gb of RAM and it's feeling the phone don't have enough resources to figure it out all this information . I don' know what to suggest but this app is too heavy
Can't upload paperwork, it goes back to main page and then crashes. There've launched several updates and it still crashes ALL THE TIME. It's really frustrating.
The last update made this app worse. I wish to go back to the previous version. Also i always use my device in landscape mode and this app only works in portrait, very uncomfortable
Nice work with the updates and new features.
Just a suggestion! I would love to be able to click on the address ( in trip management-> load info->location) and to take me to Google maps. Or at least to be able to copy it. Thanks
Really struggling with thr app in order to use now I must Uninstall download a new copy and it will let me log in exactly one time then it will not open when I click to open. Contacted support who told me I had and old version, but they have not responded since after several attempts to reach them. When it works it is slow but very useful.
