I am unable to complete my training assignments. It keeps asking to log back in after I touch on the courses I am trying to complete. I've logged in and out, uninstalled and reinstalled and cleared cache and data from app but still not working. I am only able to complete some of the training through internet because the working is too big and is unaligned on my screen and I'm unable to complete my training either. Please help as I am 3 assignments behind...
There's a lot of texts that gets over laid over other text and you can't make it out because you're trying to read two lines but they overlap each other and the buttons aren't as responsive as on other apps it takes up to 3 or 4 times to press before it accepts your press and also I answered all the questions then at the end of the test it said you missed question 3 10 15 and 33 and I know I've answered these questions but the computer thinks I haven't and makes you go back and answer the question again
This app is not mobile friendly. It would be great to be able to zoom in and out and scroll the screen. Some screens the text is overlapped making the material impossible to decipher.
Very concise and simply put! And the issues are very relevant. I have 31 years in driving and always find things in these courses that are either reminders or new or put in a more understanding light.
The app keeps locking up. I have to close it, log in again. It does this over and over and over, very frustrating. A course that should take an hour takes three, I wish I could waste the app developer's time
great continuing ed. on Mobil device text can be hard to read. have to search for training. it gets mixed in from the bottom to the top.
it's a virus! I had to get a new phone after installing. It made my old phone burst into flames! Shortly after playing a weird version of an old Jimmy Buffet song. Scary! Made my dog hide under the kiddie pool for a week! He still looks scared when I show him my new phone! Poor dog. Only bright side, I have a new phone! :)
The app doesn't work for me anymore. When I lit the team at carriers edge know, they didn't help me try to fix it. I was just told to use a browser instead 🤷
This app use to work, but not since at least February, someone else took my last 3 months test,and now May is the same thing, I don't have the time to deal with this,since I work 16 hours a day. My sessions haven't even started , to have to time out.
Not able to login
There should be an option to challenge the test instead of sitting through a 2hr+ coarse. I've done this coarse for the past 15 years, .So Why can I not challenge the test or at least skip ahead instead of being forced to watch each segment???
Carriers Edge app is saying time has expired. I have uninstalled/installed app. And is still doing the same thing. Getting very frustrated...
This app is terrible. it randomly resets and freezes up instead of giving you test scores. i have to use this for work and it blows. Wanna piss off your employees? Use this app...
I go to take the final test on each section and when i know i passed i get stuck in a loading screen and i cant do anything but restart the section but when i fail it on purpose its quick to tell me i failed
This is a waste of time. Keeps freezing up on me. I've completed the same section 5 times hoping it would move on. NOPE.
It happens to me the same always says my session has expired, dont let me watch the safety video, mine is a samsung, my teamate use Iphone and doesnt have problem
Pdf files and external links don't load. Forces you back to the table of contents. Otherwise it's fine
It won't open up the programs, all i get after I select one is the loading screen, but it never loads.
On the tablet, this program works fine. But for some reason it refuses to load at all on the phone.
Thanks for your timely response. I really do like the app and it is very easy to use. I will get my tablet out and use it. I really never thought about it. Thanks again for your time and response.
It's a fantastic app very user friendly and convenient definitely an asset for this difficult time
Easy to navigate and complete my training each month that the company requires.
test results stay loading and dont go through always have to take course multiple times over again due to it not loading

Im having the same issue with the couses not wanting to load on the mobil app still not working 4 months later

The app stops many times in the middle of video.
It sucks. Words overlap, or it just doesn't work!!!
Good training if only the electroinc logs worked as well.
Before 2021 I was able to use this app. From now on, even I did uninstall, and than installed back. As soon as I click on arrow, to practice, I am constantly getting message, about log in time expired, or basically the app making me go back constantly to log in, but not giving me ability to move any further, than just keep sending me message, about "your session is expired, login back again".
