Not user friendly. The damage inspection part is very time consuming especially when the truck is parked blocking traffic. Hopefully the app will get more user friendly.
Does anyone read these reviews? And respond to the problem people are having? The app stops working while doing pictures, it will work for few cars and on the 5th or 7th car you take a picture and it will just keep spinning trying to load a picture, and nothing works to get it going again no phone restart or clearing cache, even reinstalling the app doesn't always work. Please get it fixed.
Like many others, we have issues with photos not loading. I have made several complaints and still no fix! The time wasted on this app could be applied to securing loads at a faster pase. Dump this app like a bad habbit for everyone's sake!
App shuts down all functionality if it can't connect to internet, can't use autofocus, can't use flash, in general can't make use of basic functions of any smart phone. Would not reccomend, nor would I use it if not forced to.
Keeps freezing up on Android.... required pictures won't take and is pin wheeling forever. The APP on IOS is smooth as pie. They really need to gwt this together!!!
The VIN scan function does not zoom or focus my camera automatically nor manually. This is an essential part of my job.
App refuses to work, refuses to take pictures and CarsArrive refuses to update the app. I would stop using it if I could. Absolutely useless company. I would give it negative stars if possible.
Recently, App hasn't been updating vehicle pick-ups and deliveries submitted on my user account, although it shows current vehicle status on the admin's account.
Flash does not work when taking pictures and recently after latest OS update for Note 9; type in a name and it just leaves blanks.
Takes way too long to do an inspection report. You should use the super dispatch app as a guideline of what a good app looks like.
Well I see and I hear all you guys as problems I've had in myself so my suggestion is I'm going to make a new app that's better free and called cars arrive to I will let you all know when it's done I guarantee it won't have any of these problems
The light used to work with the scanner. Now nothing. Complete pain in the @$$. How am I supposed to scan in the dark now? Stupid dev's. How do you make something worse? I know, update!
wow wow wow. this app is so bad that i would pay a monthly subscription to brokers and consumers just to never ever touch this piece of s***. developers look at superdispach and learn how to make an app.
Terrible app very slow when taking pictures takes too long to do a damage inspection

My drivers are having problems with completing the condition reports, showing the loads picked up, show them delivered, accessing the loads on their apps that we have assigned to them.
