Uploads take long. When uploading from saved pictures, the app does not upload the photos in the order you want. You have to go in and change the order of the pictures each time, and multiple times at that. Sometimes it will say vehicles and photos are uploaded and it won't even show photos. Hate the fact it does not post to social media automatically anymore. Not only do you have to upload here to save them. Then you have to go to a computer and post to social media. When uploading photos from camera having to click the check mark and wait for camera to load up again takes awhile. Older version was much better. Unsatisfied with the new app.

Pictures never show up in right order. If you take pics within app no way to focus or zoom. The order almost always fails to save after you spend so long putting them in order. The text always jumps around. No option to change overlay on app. No option to pick automated saved t it's for descriptions that can be done on desktop. Logs out on its own not sure if that's a safety thing. User interface is easy uploading is fast hence I gave 3 stars.

I enjoy the user friendly features and is actually really nice. If you have a carlot I highly highly recommend. Easy way for your customers to get online application. Their pricing is absolutely insanely cheap and they post on social media for you as well. That alone is worth the money 💰. Customer service is easy to work with and very friendly.

How do you have an app that doesn't recognize the same login for your website. Too frustrating to even login.

Works good most of the time but seems to be weird 😕, slow response if you receive any interruptions while putting a car online like a text message or phone call it screws it all up . Got start over with your post. Even if on wifi ...and difficult to stay on wifi on our lot because too far away from office . Could be better for sure .

Straight forward and fairly easy to use. good for responding to leads from potential customers. You can upload inventory from within the app and pictures as well.

Crashes while uploading, after updating no longer able to rearrange prior to uploading so you have to save then reopen. Constantly logs you out or forgets you device an you have to wait for a verification email which can take 20+ minutes

have been open for business for a year and yet to sell a vehicle on this.. also have had like 2 leads.. and the online app is garbage.. needs so much work.. pretty much have this for my website that is it. cause it dont help sell cars . no option choice and my stiff has more options less miles and mine will be rated worst then there.. not happy

Arguably the greatest car shopping app on the market, easy to use, easy to learn, and so the simple interface makes everything very smooth. 10/10

Great tool for auto dealer only reason shy of one star would be picture upload and how the consumer sees ad are not proply aligned all the time and some of graphics and flash issue on consumer side but I'm still happy with the overall product.

do not bother. we fell for their spiel in september and not only is this not passable as a dms but my car lot cannot attribute 1 sale to their "advertising". the website they built was nice but we don't get to keep that, do we? im asking for a full refund even though they gave us like 5 months free.

4 stars because it is a very nice app. I would give it 5 stars if they could include the feature where you compare the price of other dealers cars like you can on the desktop website.

Great job on the app just need to fix the selecting of pictures from an android you cant select more then one picture at the time fix it and it will be a perfect app to make your life easier with posting cars

when you add the description to the vehicle and use your phone the app writes the sentence twice. the app is balky at times does not want to accept figures or mileage for example.

App works great. Does everything we need it to do. Photos, updates and 3rd party feeds are all prompt and seamless. Great App!

**edit** they've fixed the recent issue about not being able to open the app. all is back to great has been working fine until recently, it doesnt open at all anymore.

I could never get the app to accept my email which makes no sense seeing its my only e mail an I use it on dozen of apps..plus my personal banking accounts..an a side note in process of buying a car off the cargurus app. Thanks Scott so sad

I like it but when I go to the sign in it keeps saying the password is incorrect and the password is right on the website, maybe this is a bug, I hope you can fix this glitch.

worked for 2 days all I get now is unfortunately it has stopped working. Great customer service. Found out my old a$$ potato of a phone is the problem.

I had a great experience updating a car online. I will see if it continues to allow me to do it without problems.

Easy to use. Not toouch fluff that you don't need. Easy to combine with desktop version.

Works great form me.... I would absolutely love this program more if it had more integration options with more 3rd party portals and platforms.

Can't sign into the app but using the same credentials I can sign into their website. Update :apparently the app is for dealers and not shoppers.

Its an easy app to used and upload your inventory. The only thing is that it takes a while to upload. But overall its good.

Facebook postings are a breeze. The mobile app keeps me going when I'm out of the office and not near my computer.
