To get started, you’ll need to be an existing user of Online Banking and opt in to Mobile Banking from that system. It’s easy to do and takes seconds. Once you’ve allowed “Mobile Access” you can begin to login to Carter Mobile Banking from your iPhone.
The system will confirm your login information along with your device to ensure it’s really you. Once you are logged in, you can view your information and make transactions safely and securely.

This app is awesome.... Everything about Carter Credit Union has came a long ways. The app does shut down sometimes without notice, & those times are very inconvenient, but when it's working it's awesome and the pros DEFINITELY outweigh the cons
Like others have said. It works great when its working.. It puts folks in a bind when its not working and when we are not able to check balances to make purchases.. It shouldnt be an inconvenience to customers.. Especially those who travel.
Carter's app is a good app and very easy to navigate when I need to transfer or simply no my balance. The only thing I hope Carter can update that I can receive text alert when money has hit my account.
This app hardly ever works. Getting an answer from customer service is even slower. I've been trying to link my Zelle to this app. I'm still waiting on an answer on why it won't enroll me and the actual Zelle app just keeps referring me to the Carter mobile app😒
Instead of properly updating the app I need to get new login info, in which I need to contact customer service and it's very limited hours. This is the one kind of app that should have universal information already.
I like this app, I use it on a daily basis and it can use your facial recognition or fingerprint to help you login faster. Very easy to use and secure.
App doesn't work most of the time. Just let me check my blasted balance without all of the "an error has occurred" nonsense every time I even OPEN the app. Okay? Thanks.
I've tried to find send money with Zelle option on the Carter app and cannot find it. The zelle app will not allow me to go any further and keeps directing me to the Carter app. Other than that the app is great.
Having trouble the last few days it crashes after putting in pin number. All is well now and it's very helpful.
When it works it's great, but it rarely works lately, and when you go to the web site it doesn't work at the same time, but they don't bother to say it's down but we're working on it or let us know when maintenance is going to happen your just stuck.
Info disappears for a little while. Sometimes it will only show savings account and not checking.
Terrible. Goes down at the worst times with no prior notice.
On the most part fairly good, would not except a check from me, had to get cash and then deposit.
Very easy to use. I just dont like not being able to see pending transactions.
forgets my "remembered" device alot bug still very convenient. like the fast login option.

When it works, it's good. It was down monday and now it's down again (Thursday).
The app is great when it's not shut down. When I say shut down I mean the app is being worked on alot it's always having maintenance done. I guess their trying to improve and make it better. The app doesn't have any issues at all. It's down alot because it's having maintenance work done all the time. Besides that, it's a really good app when it's up and working.
