It doesn't work. It changed my wallpaper but didn't change the app pictures.

I love AOT, so I just thought that this was super cute. The customization isn't over the top, and the creativity used to make all the icons are great. I also like how they try to customize icons they do not recognize, so that certain phone icons from games and other apps don't look out of place.
