I installed it and I open my gallery then I selected a picture but it says can't fecting I don't know what means fect and I can't take any pic , why I am giving 5 stars because it says we serve good when u give five stare I can't under stand this app😓😓🙍🙍

This is more of an effects generator for photos, rather than a cartoon maker. It does a good job of applying effects to photos (black & white, sketch, etc.), but I wouldn't call it a cartoon converter. MomentCam will turn your photos/faces into cartoons.
