Cartoon Photo

I love this app! It is by far one of the best cartoon apps I have tried. I really like that it's simple and doesn't have a million editing options. The pictures always turn out great and I have had several printed for my gallery wall. I love the many different effects you can choose from and you don't need to be a professional to get super cute colorful photos. I have never had problems with it glitching but the constant adds are annoying. I would pay to get rid of those annoying things.

I think the negative reviews is because the idea of a cartoon is a little different from person to person, depending on how much detail you want. I sampled the pro filters after watching a shirt video (very short) and was able to see a better cartoon image. I'm thinking about going pro on this one. $1.99 is reasonable for this app. I would like to continue using the adjustment tools when zoomed in, otherwise it's definitely one of the best with many filters to choose.

Very easy to use. You can get great transformations from this app. Nobody likes to hear this but, the ads are not so bad. I multi-task so they actually help me develop that skill☺. And some of the ads are interesting, too. If my plans work according to my plans 😊 this is one of the apps I would like to upgrade to.

Really easy to use and the effects add a lot to pictures. If they didn't have an ad every time you looked at a new picture it would be great. I'll probably end up switching to another app because of that period I wanted to use this for a project to give my daughter pictures of her year But it takes forever with the ads

A bit of adds, not that it's a big problem. But all the filters are basically just oil filters, which you can get on picsart along with many more. This is is pretty good, unless you want to see other cartoon looks and versions. Better than ToonMe, because toonme only cartoons the face and cuts everything else. Decent.

I absolutely love this app, it's actually amazing. I did not pay for the "pro" version because I don't like to spend money on anything (who does right? Lol) so it does have advertisments but they are non intrusive and honestly there is not many ads. Great job on this app guys! It's phenomenal!

The issue of leaving a little mess in the converted photo hasn't been properly addressed, nevertheless it has got all algorithm to nicely convert images into cartoon and it's a much better app available in play store.

Am 30 years old and i have never used a cartoon app, i started looking for a good app for cartoon pics ever since i saw a sports car in cartoon mode, and i like it so much that i decided to try it out for the first time ever in my life and i tried 6 different apps but for some reason there were only face cartoon apps, this one lets me do my car into a cartoon. Definitely worth buying it. Great app.

I was trying to look for an actual free cartoon app and most didn't have the features I wanted except this one or they tried to charge me a subscription before using it. Props to this app for doing the cartooning well and for free.

It's an amazing app! The cartoons look so cool and the range is amazing! The only thing I'd say needs improving is everytime you try to make a new cartoon you will click on to gallery (to choose your photo) and an ad pops up but it was delayed on popping up so it sends you to that website and it can get really annoying (always look for the X to leave) but other than that this app is perfection in a word Matthew-

App was better than expected. Thought it would just be another scam app full of ads, but no it exceeded my expectations by far. simply add a photo or video and let the app do it's thing. The attention to detail in the cartoons are amazing. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Loud ads This works fine. The ads are a bit intrusive at times. A recent update allows ads to play out loud while you are trying to use the app. At some point the advertisements are the dominating force over the app itself and... it just feels backwards. You are downloading an ad which has some functionality as an app.

I use this app a lot for my landscape photos both at taking stage and post process. I have been really impressed with it and the ability to edit the image effect so easily. It also works for video as well and that is fun to use too. Highly recommended by me. A way to impress all your friends.

Don't go for the reviews and try yourself, I thought the comments were bad so this app would be too, but the only issue was advertising, I opened the app and turned my internet off, I didn't get that many adds. As for the effects, its average, if you want better results you will have to work on your photos first then use this app, for actual vectors you will need to get that job done by a graphic designer

More than it's picture feature, I like the video feature. By the way it's a cool app and makes wonderful cartoons and sometimes funny comics of pictures.

It was a good app, but now it doesn't like to save the pictures to my phone once I'm done. It takes anywhere from a few hours to a whole day after saving for it to appear in my gallery. Edit: lowering to 1 star because a few of the filters leave weird green marks on the photo

Really, really invasive advertising in the app makes this a nightmare to use. The app even forces you to hit your Back button *multiple times* to skip some ads. I've never seen a more obnoxious treatment of the user. Total turn-off. Stay away!

There is one feature that I really like which is the only reason I put up with the bombardment of ads between each and every different action you do on this app. Never have I seen an app impose so much advertising while in use. It's a drag. its asinine. It's beyond annoying.

This app is amazing! I love how many choices you have and the fact that ads only show after you exit the main editor, there is also this meet option for you to make your own color scheme I love the Noir look to things and I can adjust an existing color to make it more noir I love that!

Something is definitely wrong. Had to try numerous times because it kept kicking me out of the app after selecting a photo or freezing as I selected a graphic style. I tried restarting my phone, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It continues to do the same.

Does what it said it would. Turns pictures into cartoons. It has a good amount of different templates, and the execution is there. More editing options, and maybe the ability to do this to short vids would get 5 stars from me.

Help, I am trying to use this app got it to download on my surface pro but it will not download on to my phone just keeps spinning. There does not seem to be anyway to load a photo to try the app on my own pictures, it will let me make changes to the sample photos and that's all.

only an average editor, if u r looking for something good, its not the platform to use. And you also can't actually make adjustments in the effects, they are fixed, u can just change brightness, light etc. Not what actually is required by a user.

Quickly applies filter, works better than all the other free apps I've used. The only downside is there are no filter transparency controls. The only adjustments are for brightness, saturation, and contrast.

This app is amazing! I've had it for three days! There are so many filters! It's totally free and I recommend nothing but to keep being amazing 😍❤️ 🧡💛💚💙💜! Get this app! All you do is skip free trial and paying for a year and then you get it free!

This app has lots of filters and you gonna love it. You dont need to pay anything as i remmeber . All cool filters are affordable (free) You can even put video in a certain filter or you can take a picture of you while on that filter so you can pose to look perfect. Nice app for artistic photos type !

This app is awesome , i have searched for many apps who claimed to be a Cartoon editor but they were not. finally this app has fulfilled my expectation and need too. It has quite simple interface with much filters to edit and their is a download button on screen so that you don't need to move from here to their .. Loved this app & thanks to the Developers of this app

Video disappointing, i dunno if there's a bug but the video glitches and zooms all the time. I tried the pro version with two different devices still not working. Photo editor is good though, but the video settings needs to be improved
