Great app! Would absolutely love it if the app had a slider by which it's users (that's us ❤️) could actually increase or decrease the amount of cartoon effect that we want to apply to a particular image. Otherwise, a fantastic app! Thank you developers👏🏻. PS. The options to adjust which are currently available are not the same as simply increasing or decreasing the cartoon effect. Trust me, users want something simpler. A slider would absolutely do it.

This app -- "Camart" on the device, "cartoon photo" in the store -- has some features that are nice enough to make it worth using if you like seeing some interesting, fun, goofy, effects in real time on the camera(s).While it will also apply those effects to gallery images, it will not let you use alternate sources, such as Google Photos, to access images that are no longer on the phone. That's fine for most people most of the time, I guess, but I like taking pictures on my phone (great camera), then playing with them on devices with larger screens. Especially since output from apps like this make great input to jigsaw apps that let you use your own images off on-screen.

Cute app, been playing with certain photos, and while all aren't perfect, some of the conversions are gorgeous. Did one of the WTC pond and buildings in the background and it looked like a work of art that one of those tourist traps would sell. Ads are not all that bothersome, don't like them, pay, easy and not rocket science.

This app has been my absolute favorite!!! I've gone through so many and I have never found any other photo app that I used half as much as this one!!! I have used it daily for months with no problems or hiccups until last night when it started flashing while trying to choose a photo. I have now installed the update and am hoping this fixes the issue. I recommend this one to everyone, though. I rarely have internet /Wi-Fi /data and it works great offline too! Thank you for creating it!!!

This app is tons of fun and works great. However, one HUGE, MAJOR flaw. Picture resolution size is too small for some publishing. Even converting an existing larger file will still change its resolution to too small for publishing. This needs to be fixed. Should not change picture resolution or size once converted either. No settings to change resolution leaves many limitations. So, useless, for some important things.

I've had this app for only 2 days and I'm OBSSESSED! Wonderful works of art are created from things that can ve boring in everyday life. I made the candy and magazine rack while I was standing in line at the store look INTERESTING! Great for shooting live acts or bands. Live picture taking looks way better than converting older pics from your Gallery. It's always better when you control your lighting and shadows.

Downloaded every single app similar to this.. Maybe not every single, but at least 15. This one is the clear cut winner. Between it's fresh, unique filters (not the same tired, recycled prismart style) and the amount of tweaking you can do to each (seriously I can get 5 totally different, amazing end results from one filter), these guys really made an app that stands out in the crowd. I always get compliments on photos I edit through here. And more importantly, I can easily create an end product I'm proud of and my kids think are great, too!

I have been enjoying this app so far, more so because it gives me a fun way to warm up the creative thinking. Also due to most of us are social distancing this app gives me a creative & playful way to have fun with friends/family through pictures. I do wish they would add more filter options, more so ones that look like 50's pop art style.

A few filters look OK, I guess, although many are very similar. The biggest problem is the store--they want you to pay up front for more filters, but there is no preview of any kind and it doesn't even say how many filters you would get!

i use it mostly to modify existing pics and i like it a lot, although i occasionally used it as a camera too. The cartoon, flashy, range modes are my favorites. The app is fairly easy to use, has some adverts since it's free, but I'm ok with that.

Great app! Some really cool effects! I'm a part time web developer, and found that you can create some really unique and eye popping banners, logos etc., with camart. And the fact that I m not slammed with pop up ads every time I blink is one hell of a bonus!

I love it! I have a wishlist of features, though. More filters, ability to import and convert videos, a way to synch up the sound to the vids (I use for music vids so I either have to deal with the lag or separate the sound and synch it up in the video editor).

Took some really amazing test pics, then wasn't allowed to close the app because of ads. One thing to include ads, another to force them on people. Shouldn't have to force close an app because of ads. Also, looking at the other reviews, they seem paid for, good and bad... Uninstalled

Some of the filters are really useful, but would be great to have a 16:9 option to film in, as the 1:1 format provided isn't great for watching on a TV. Other than that, pretty great.

Most converters look more like a decolorize copy of your photo. This program gives a great picture that looks cartoon but with great detail. Detail in the hair is fantastic! Keep up the good work and Thank You!

Not impressed. Options do nothing except blur and distort your chosen picture with the so called effects. Just like every other "cartoon" effects app, the quality as advertised is false and looks nothing like it shows.

I really want to love this app.. but is the output size seriously limited to 1000 pixels height? I modified a photo that I took, and would like to print the result, but it's only 960x605 - useless for printing! =( Is there a way to make the output images larger??

just started to play with it, but it has great though limited options that is not all advertising or smoke screen for a billion dollar subscription. I'm definitely going to use this to create stuff.

Awesome and clever. Very easy to use, large range of styles, each style has a different algorithm, hence pics with different limitations (e.g. dark face or shadow) still might be fixed by some styles.

Bravo! Great job! Love it! The one nice feature would be the ablity to import regular photos taken from your phone... So you could apply your effects on those... That would be amazing!

Brilliant effects, not cheesy or anything like other apps. The sliders are easy to customise and achieving your personal preference is simple. Video is also an incredible addition.

I like it! I wish there were more the app would do. It is limited. Adjusting and manipulating the original art is important with digital art.
