Not what you actually are going for. If you are just searching for basic photoshop than yes this is that app. But if your needing what they are depicting on the app icon then nope this is not that app.
The most worst app I ever seen in my life. after half minute I uninstalled it. very very very disappointed there is no work like as shown

Nothing works with predicted results.
Can't even make them into cartoon it doesn't work it only gives you a white coloring dark color with oil paints and they all of that forgive this one star because it's terrible I do not recommend using this app
