Cartoon Photo PRO

This is without a doubt the most amazing and effectively brilliant app for editing my type of art that I have ever used! The number, and types, of filters, and how they affect my work, is nothing short of outstanding! Not only do these filters creatively improve my work, but retain their quality when printing as well! For $2.99 (to get the pro version) the accessibility of all the features and how easy it is to use and creatively manipulate is awesome. It works on photos AND video! I LOVE it!!!

At first glance, it seems like this app will only edit photos images on the phone, but once you have selected a local image and gotten to the editing screen, there is a gallery button that lets you use Google Photos (presuming you have it installed) to select from your backed up cloud images as well - and on some devices, you can edit it, on others the app then crashes. You can also apply the effects in real time to what your camera is seeing. Good goofy fun.

It worked great. Have some videos I did. Looked great. Have not used in awhile. Now I get an error and it won't save the video. Also pictures I do now, they worked, but now I everything on the screen, including apps and header. Did pay much but did pay for the pro version. I also get ads on the video screen now.

it doesn't give many options other than a cell shaded effect with many different lighting and shading effects. some are really good and effective and this is not a bad app. but there are no other features on top to really toon up your photos. seems like a missed opportunity to really be a cut above.

Being a complete novice,at camera apps, I was looking for something easy to use. I found it. This is so simple,even a dummy like me can use it. It's so well thought out and the results are just brilliant. Great for pics and videos, alike. No ads or in app sales. This app delivers what it promises. Very cheap,for what you get. To say ,I'm happy is an understatement.....Hope they're going to bring out a blending app, that's as good as this. I'll be their first customer.

So far? This is one of the best such apps and the price for what you get is incredible. I have nothing bad to say. Even the free version is fabulous. what lifts it above the crowd, though, is the video feature which is unbelievable at the price. I have had no issues and if my experience is typical you can use it with confidence. Please never "improve" this app, it's already perfect.

I'm tentatively giving 4 stars... I just tried and uninstalled 5 other apps in less than 20 minutes. Just looking for an app to cut a bit of my workload (drawing), getting a basic line drawing to go from. I just tried this *super quick test* and I said, "Thank F*ing god," and spent the VERY REASONABLE (especially these days) $2 to see the other features. If it goes well I'll up my 4 to 5! I'm tempted to do so now based just on the comparison. Thank you and 10☆ for ending my nightmare test run!🤘

Its a good application, I would give it 5 stars if the video option had more features, more specifically the option to start and stop at any position. But I suppose that is nit picking because over all the app is great

Unfortunately when trying to save video, the app crashes. Sometimes it saves after sometime. But most of the video is flickering and it constantly switches between sizes. I am trying to edit my videos, when this happens. Unfortunately I purchased the pro version. Hope someone addresses this.

Upgraded to Pro version mainly for the larger 2160p image size, only to be disappointed with app freezing when trying to use filters/effects with this turned on. Tried the live camera effects feature, but while setting up a shot, affected area shrinks progressively and effect appears to overlay itself making it unusable. Would pay for app if its features actually worked as I like a few of the effects, most aren't that great.

I really like this app it does exactly what it says. Allows you to produce from a wide range of filters cartoon like pictures. The beauty of it is that it works offline. it's simple and brilliant to work with and the surprising extra is that it doesn't videos as well.

[EDIT] Nice & Excellent APP. Still one of the best of Cartoon Photo Apps. What makes it great, it supports both still image cartoon maker and live video cartoon maker that fun to play with. Pretty good job! I bought the full ad-free version on 2016, and still satisfied by far without any problem, even after Android upgrades. • May the only drawback is it has no built-in image/video browser. 5★ if it does exist. You pay once for the app. Unlike all the others that charge monthly. The filters are also really well done and export clean. Great app.

I like the app but have a few issues. - No option to turn off shutter sound. - Border around camera is tacky. - With there were a Favourites option for filters so I don't have to scroll all the time. - The saved image notification os annoying. - Put the shutter button in the middle and make it bigger. Need more options in the app.

This is a very nice easy to use app. However with video in playback it flickers. That's why I'm giving it three stars. I contacted the developer and I'm hoping to hear back from them. I'm sure it obviously isn't going to happen on photos. but I went ahead and bought the app because I wanted to use it on video. So I'm a bit disappointed that it's flickers. It the video flickers on both my phone and my computer.

I love this app! I was able to finish my comics project in school with ease. Definitely worth buying the PRO version if you do not want to be bothered by those annoying ads especially when working on multiple photos.

I had to uninstall and now its stuck on pending when trying to install it again. Please fix this. I'm paying for a service you're denying me. Other more important issue is that my videos aren't saving no matter how many times I do it. The pictures save, but not videos.

Powerful filters that produce really remarkable renderings! I was pleasantly shocked that it even works on videos! And that's all in a free version. One of the best apps I've installed this year.

This is the best cartoon app on the market, I've used them all. Just recently they added the ability to export at 1080p, also in the settings you can select 3,848 x 2,160 export! Extremely pleased with this app!! Big thank you to the developer/developers!!

Seems cool, but attempts to use the video feature resulted in the app crashing. Give it a try if you do not care about the video support. Perhaps they will fix it soon. I am running on a Note 20 Ultra.

I used the non-pro version and it worked great, but now that I have upgraded to the pro version it won't finalize the videos. It's a shame cuz I really like the app, and it has a lot of great features. I would normally recommend it to be a 5-star app, but in this scenario I just see that it's failing to do its job. Hopefully with a Speedy update I can come back and continue to use this app and provided with the five star review that it deserves.

Great app, lots of cool effects, the video features are really impressive as well as the photos. Only downside is smaller resolution than original file but still HD.

The video editor is only half function. The image stop eventhough the video keeps running with sound only, it is a complete waste that you add this feature, and it is a complete waste also that i bought it.

Pretty good. Video conversion is a surprising addition, but I'd prefer a lot more still image options and more focus on image filters and effects in general over the little-used video element.

fotos that are taken should be at native resolution not just HD you also need to add an option to allow us to use the effects on specific areas of the picture, for example if i want my face to be half black and half white.

Needs more details in some filters, or more options to adjust filter. Needs a cut option to cut out backgrounds along side filters.

Large selection of excellent free filters with great results. An even larger selection of excellent PRO filters at a reasonable one-time price. Great app!

Good filters, however pro doesn't give you any extra controls within the filters and it only exports at 1080p which is very frustrating. Would rate 4/5 if it didn't resize images so drastically

Awesome, does exactly what I'd hoped for... I have just completed my first video edit using this app.. The only thing I can say is: WOOOW!!! FANTASTIC... AWESOME, Not just saying this, this application is really good for something a little different... Love it...👍😁❤
