Accidentally cleared Carus Music from my app files. Just purchased the soprano part for Mozart's Requiem. Can I get it back without having to repurchase it? Please!
Clearly, the techs have not fixed the issue of it taking forever to open up. I can not afford to uninstall it at this pont.... I am using it for a music class. So, while i love the coach button...i am doubtful i will buy music again from this app.
Complete rubbish. This app can be useful when it works but it can take 15 atempts to open and once it loads after 20 minutes it keeps bugging through the music. I am waiting for the money back on the music i purchased an then i will uninstal.
When this app works it's fantastic, but I always have a hard time getting it to open. Sometimes I have to try 8-10 times or more! You need to work on that because it's a good tool but people will quit using it if it won't work.

Once I bought the music it wouldn't load...
One of the best tools I've ever seen for learning music however, running the app is a nightmare. The app constantly crashes, simply from loading songs, playing a song for too long, or even just opening the app. I spent about $10 already on the app but I feel it's a waste since I can hardly use it. If patches don't roll in soon, I'll be looking to get a refund
This app is unusable. I think they continue to sell it because they know Google play won't issue refunds, so they won't be penalized for their fraud. The pieces of music I bought will not play all the way through to completion. But good luck actually getting the music open to discover that!
