frequently crashes on chromnebook. system is bad in general, but company bought it anyway.
since update today it keeps crashing. now it wont open
The last update ruined the app. It won't come out of landscape view which means that you can't scroll down on the side bar to sync. If you can't sync the information you've entered what's the point in using it? I will not be using the app again until it is fixed back like it was.
I have been using the system for a while but I downloaded the app for the first time on my android phone. Like previous reviewers mentioned, I can't get out of landscape mode and therefore cannot scroll down and can only see half my screen which is making it useless. Please fix
As others have said it's stuck in landscape, and I am unable to sync because of it. Please fix, this would be fantastic to use on my phone if not for that.
Will only allow for landscape viewing, makes the app more difficult to use, also unable to see entire screen, landscape only ruined this app, pls fix!!!!
Starting this morning, my experience has been terrible. Only using tablet horizontal or in landscape isn't an issue for me but they did and update last night, may 22,2019 and now I can't open my software and start patient treatments and have no way of doing paper treatments cause I don't have any. Guess I need to write them down and enter when they figure out the issue. I ironically, this update was supposed to fix bugs. Not real impressed with that.
