I love playing this game but in the past hour it has locked up multiple times I uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice already and still the same problem. Will not progress to the next level just sits and spins wasting time. 3/13/2021 Updated this game and it locks ups every level. I use to love this game but can't play any longer because of the bugs. *Edit: 2/26/2022 trued again still locks up and will not load new levels. Wish developers could fix it.

Love this game. No gimmics, hardly any ads. Challenging, colorful & fun! New review....Uninstalling again. It's a shame because I love this game. You just can't progress unless you spend $$. Very few bonus power ups of any kind. I'm seriously frustrated and bummed out ☹

Game worked well, adds not bad. The game became difficult rather quickly, to the point of needing to drop 4 chests with only 3 available spins and the spins may only give one move, requiring using up your boosts. Still can be occasionally fun, but too repetitive. I prefer games that have a progression of achievements or story line.

Bugs Bugs Bugs. Actually a great game, but those longstanding bugs are unacceptable. Starting the game means you'll be set back to a level you've already passed, potentially wasting extra lives/gold replaying those levels. Not cool, especially when you spent money on gold to play. Also, you repeatedly loose the free gold you earned for watching ad videos upon restarting the game. One has to wonder if those bugs aren't fixed in order to drive more cash into the devs pockets. Borderline criminal!

Cascade is cool-I had it on my phone for quite awhile when it 1st came out. It's pretty difficult, tho. I like how it's different alot. I loathe any game in which you are almost forced to spend real cash, esp. in the insane inflation we have in United States to contend with: GAS PRICES?? I never have any money. It all goes in my gas tank-bc my best friends both live in towns on either side of the 1 I live in!

I have become addicted to this game! The one reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that you have to wait so long to get more lives. Also, I've had to start completely over on two occasions, one when my phone was stolen and when I had to factory reset. Other than that love it!

Brilliant example of how to alter the dinamics of the standard match three games. This game is very entertaining, every aspect of it is really good from the background music to the animations, I'm loving it so far but be warned, it is a bit on the addictive side. This is definitely going in my favourites list, 5 /5 or 9.5/10 (there's always room for improvement.) Definitely recommended... Well done developers, what a terrific job you have done, keep these new ideas coming :-)

I've been playing a long time now and I'm currently at level 410+. I I have personally seen up to 17X multiplier, an 86m score, and have played long enough to get almost all of the achievements. They're all gone. I'm done with this s***. Thanks for a bug filled, frustrating, and infuriating game. UNINSTALLED.

Haven't deleted this game yet, still enjoy playing. It's been quite a few years since I installed it. No problems with the game but having to upload new content all the time is a bit annoying especially when I'm not in range of wi-fi. Well it's aug. 2020 and ths game has brought me through the lockdown!!! helped keep my sanity with something I did'nt get bored playing! still playing after all these years...you go cascade...I have this game on a few of my devices and play it on all of them...

I have been playing this game for 6 years. I had connected to my Facebook account to save my levels. After the latest update I was sent back to level 1 and prompted to reconnect with my Facebook account. I try to log in but constantly get a message that says: You appear to be offline. You need an internet connection to access this content. I thought I might be getting this message because I am connected to a VPN so tried to connect without one, but I get the same message when I am disconnected.

Really good game however higher levels give you no chance to win until the 3rd or 4th try. I don't mind spending money for in game options but the price of gold bricks is outrageous compared to how expensive the boosters and extras lives are. If gold was a little better bargain, I would be purchasing much more. I do like the fact the games are challenging, but at least make them all passable by using logic to know which gems to match at the right time. Good concept, but needs improvement.

I love this game and I've been playing for a very, very long time. However, recently the game crashes or the graphics don't load, or the game freezes while loading a level and it's really annoying me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, done every single update and yet it still won't work properly.

I love the design and collecting leafs, bricks and gems. Definitely love the music and the crowd. I'm finally on jump three. Cool game.

Too many downloads between levels and stops half way all the time tells you to try Support. Very annoying

I've been playing for years. I haven't seen a tournament since Christmas. Are the creators of this game bored and don't want to keep it going? No incentive to play anymore. Time to move along.

Game still starts me over at level 1 every time I go to play it. Over a month after I was told the problem had been identified & a fix was coming, there has been no fix or even a mention of this problem so other players are aware. Very close to uninstalling!

The gems are rarely in the right places. You constantly need to use helps. Makes me feel like I am really really really stupid. Not fun.

In dire need of a mega glitch update. Have to log on every time. It takes about 3 minutes to load. All settings have to be reset each game. Constantly downloading land 115 even though I've nearly finished it. This has been my fave, trouble free game for a very long time but almost ready to say goodbye unless it's fixed.

Update: Almost 2 years later and every time I open the game, I am back at level 1, even though I am signed into my Google! I also think it's absolutely ridiculous that the only way to get it fixed is by contacting you through the game itself. You can read & respond to reviews, so you should already know what the problem is!

Hate to say my experience was very dissapointing. Game kept crashing and couldn't sign in. Y'all were having troubles with Google and kept saying so, but man! I couldn't quit that game Even playing one level at a time . I might have had too much fun if it was working right. Can't wait till you get it fixed. Had to let you knew you're doing great.....Well you asked me to rate y'all again. Just wanted to to say the problems were all on my side. But I like your app even MORE now that it's working!

This is my favorite game, been playing it for a long time Used to be better deals on infinite lives play. The game now eats my money. A few weeks ago I lost 2 1/2 hours of play time...which support did add back-thanks. Now the special is an hour of infinite time when you buy a continue play. The last 3 times I bought it, the time showed up, but if you leave the game for any reason, it reset to 5 lives. 3 TIMES. This only works if you play your hour all at once. Not happy. Looking for a new game.

I am suffering mega withdrawal issues.. Game just won't load on my phone..! What is going on? I have this game on every mobile device I own. Love playing different levels at the same time.. But it has all stopped. What is wrong. Uninstalled and reloaded.. Still no joy. Some one else has mentioned the same problem. Big fish what is going on??? Cool.. Back on again. Thanks guys! Have to start afresh but that is fine.

Good game but I not working properly. Treasure cave 8 will not let me advance even though I have twice completed it with getting over 500,000 points and clearing the board. Not much point in playing anymore. Too bad, it was a nice change to the standard matching game.

I've been playing this game for years. My favorite because it was fairly easy to win without spending a lot of money. Since Thursday last update, the levels have gotten harder, less lives and your usually have to pay money for the trucks to win. Definitely not worth it anymore. Not fun.

I love this game, but it keeps crashing after I win. Its really making me not want to play.. I did contact them. It still hasn't been fixed. I uninstalled it and re downloaded it and lost all my progress plus the free gold they sent me and its still crashing after I win
