Cascade FCU - Washington

There is finally a feature to add payees on the app but I've been trying for 2 months and it always says unable to process at this time. Try back shortly. So frustrating!

Hasnt been working for the last 2 weeks now. Keeps saying to reboot but when you do, it still don't work.

Slow to update activity. No update of activity all weekend and holidays.

If you belong to this Credit Union this is a must have. So, so, sooo convenient.

This app is incorrect. Atms that don't take deposits say they do. Checks don't scan "it" doesn't help. Don't leave Seattle if you bank with them because the account will become useless and will rack you up overdraft fees that they will then try to extort you for. Until you refuse then they just mess your credit up and refuse to speak to you anymore.

Recent update doesn't let me see my transactions on my checking account and it tells me that my log on password is incorrect even though I enter it correctly numerous times. Sometimes it lets me on.

Good app. As of late transferring money the 'confirm button doesn't come up. I have to try and transfer money a handful of times before it appears.

It says remote deposit but it is not in the app, also can't respond to messages

CFCU has finally caught up with the times and added an Android app for mobile banking. THANK YOU! Only thing that would make it better and 5 stars is if they would add a remote deposit feature for checks and cameras. Then it would be perfect!

Why anyone would use a regular bank is beyond me. CFCU is awesome! Though I haven't tried it yet, it now supports remote deposit; according to the news letter.

I like this bank. They know my name when I come into their business.
