Fine until the update. I have no option for finger print, so whatever I'll use the password. I use am encrypted password app because I have very long, and secure passwords. Nope! App fill doesn't work. So I copy and paste the password. Nope again! It works 25% of the time. It just flashes and sends me back to type it in again. At this point I just go to the website, so what's the point in having an app?

Had a 5-star, but since they stopped dividing your transactions by date (so you could easily see what days and what transactions were made that day) I had to change to 4-star. It was a very convenient way to view your transactions and the new change makes no sense to me. Now everything runs together. You can still see the date of transaction, but it's less convenient to view now.

love the app. easy to use ! Still like the ease It takes to use it ! Seems quite complicated to add payees. Mostly always have had good experiences with This app.

Love this app! It's so easy to use. I can see what's new at CASE, check my balance and deposit my paper checks all from home. It doesn't get much easier than this. Thank you CASE!

I really enjoy using this app but I will say my card is always paid off I let it linger for about a week very few in between but intact has brought my score down lower then it's ever been its a $500 line of credit I use it a lot but I always pay it off 20 some days before the bill is even do also it would be nice to square up with debt collectors for payment plan or pay in full method

I lost this app on my phone for a few months, and actually bought a new phone so I could get it back. This app makes my life so much easier (paired with the great sub account system at CASE). Love it!

I always have trouble with the online check deposit. The front of the check fine but the back of the check I always have trouble with. It takes multiple pictures before the app will work.

I have a high end Camera on my smartphone and It takes me 30 tries to get a usable picture for Mobile check deposit. And I'm not even sure if the one I think is usable will pass. Good app besides that.

I appreciate the ability to transfer funds BUT for some unknown reason I am unable to deposit electronically as I previously was able. I did contact the IT lady before it was impossible to deal face to face. Something about my phone too old. However MSUCU can take my deposits???Crazy.. So I am not pleased with that at CASE.

Was fine untill the update... had it on a finger print lock and thought I knew my password but the update took away the finger lock I had and apparently I didnt remember my password went to reset it and instead of sending me a code you sent an automated call with the password and it was not very easy to understand all of it. messed up the code given once because it's hard to understand and now I have to wait untill tomorrow to unlock my account because I messed up the password given once.... bs

Fast, easy way to pay all my bills in one place. Luv how easy it is to transfer money to my daughter.

Love this app! Makes payments and transfers on the go very simple, and is very easy to use. Also, this is unimportant but I love the color scheme. :)

Was 5 stars until today when I was trying to do a deposit and was continuously getting logged off after 3-10 seconds for inactivity. Finally after about 15-20 minutes of trying I did get the deposit done, but it shouldn't be this difficult.

This app makes banking, transfers, and zelleing money fast free and simple

takes anywhere from 4 to 24 hours for mobile deposited checks to hit my account. i mobile deposit with 2 other institutions and one deosiits my money instantly the other takes an hour at the very most. So in my experience, Case is my least favorite of all 3 banks i deposit with. very inconvenient.

Very difficult to photograph the back of the check.if you do not endorse the back of the check absolutely correctly the money will not be deposited and you are not notified. Not easy compared to many other banking apps

great app! helps by being very user freindly but I am extremely cautious about bill pay features because I had it pull twice and had to pay the account negative balance. Overall great app though.

Can sign in with fingerprint. Easy and intuitive to navigate. Mobile Deposit worked flawlessly.

I have difficulty getting into the system frequently. It says "account information not available at this time", "try again later".Things have improved!!!

Easy to use, love that i can use my finger print to log in, and can see all accounts on one page. just wish it broke down account activity in more detail

Staff have always been helpful and understanding of challenges we've presented to them. The app is useful to help us do what we can do ourselves!

great when it works. total garbage when it crashes constantly and doesnt allow me to view any of my account info during my tax appt. thanks for that
