This is a multi million dollar company that didn't invest $10 in their software. It is not user friendly, it will randomly deselect the parts I want to add to my cart.
Needs to be updated, does not work with Android 10. Diagrams do not load and cannot select dealer.

Works, room for improvement. I said room for improvement not give up and start over with something worse!!! Bring it back it's better than what your trying to make us use now!
The internet connection issue has been fixed, thanks a lot. Very handy parts app with fluid selector and bunch of good stuff.
App not working at all on my Dtek50. Also no combine settings for 2188 to 2588 combines! Should add a chat section where owners can discuss equipment.
Would you please make it show European tractors too
Navigation is horrible. Hitting the back button frequently takes you back home instead of to previous screen. Needs significant update.
Used to work now all it says is check internet. About usual for case-when you need it the most it doesn't work.
This all was great until a few days ago. Now it tells me i have no internet connection

Keeps telling me to check my internet connection and won't work. I know I have a connection so not sure why it's doing that. Too bad because I find the app helpful when it works

If it were easier or better view on a Android phone or a mobile version, would get a five. But great so for quick references.
Where are the old International tractors?
I use to be able to look at combine settings for the older machine & now it's just the new machine that come up. Like to see older machine , very helpful

This app is so helpful being a Combine mechanic for York Equipment. I can find part numbers and photos of assemblies with out having to walk across the yard to the parts department in the cold.
I am a dealer and find this app extremely useful when out in the field.
Only nuance is my phone automatically capitalizes my password, once I figured that out it has been awesome.
This is the best app I've ever used. I uninstalled all of my other apps after I found this.
Will open 1 time after the installation then have to unistall a day download again on over and over and over again.
Love usung it, dealer loves me using it! BUT can't read the full description when on drawing tab (or detail tab), Back arrow and can't find the item I selected. scroll scroll scroll.....

When I select a page to examine the parts breakdown, it says cant load drawing. Parts list is available, but that doesn't help me if I can't see it. Had this app before, so handy. But not right now. Maybe a setting?
