I love the app when it's working properly. Since the most recent update, the quick view preferences is not saving and I have to re-enter all of my information over and over again. I'm sure I'm not the only member having problems, so no I will not visit one of the branches as suggested by Casera tech support. I'm quite tech savvy and know it's not on my end. As I said, it's just since the latest app update.
Definitely my favorite banking app!! Still has a few bugs to work out but other than that, a very well laid out, easy to use, and understand app. Well done Casera!! The only thing that would be nice to be able to access, maybe even just on the website, would be direct deposit information as there is no 24 hour line to call. But this is only a minor thing.
Every time the app updates, I have to re-enter all my info like member number and account nickname. It's a bloody pain to have to dig out your information and punch it all back in the app. Not all of us are fortunate enough to be able to memorize that info.
The app is slow when switching between menus. And the quick view option for viewing account balances has not functioned for well over a year.
Works ok but desperately needs to be updated. Can't deposit cheques without hiding the navigation buttons because the shutter button sits underneath the home button of the phone.
Basic bank app. Not happy personally as i need to force stop because app will not launch if not done. Was told to reinstall and it still does it.
It's good when it works but more often it does not. I have to uninstall and re-enter all my informatuon quite often. This is not helpful if I need access quickly.
It's not working pressing the login, accounts e-transfer button does nothing. But the find rates and location does
This app is super buggy and rarely let's you even log in. It's beyond slow, and the UI is okay at best.
Its ok, i have friends who are with other banks that cant believe how slow my casera app is. It does what it needs to do in my opinion.
Lack of features for Android. No biometric option in security. It seems like this application is built for IOS. Android user is after thought
Janky app that feels like it was designed 20 years ago, crashes all the time barely works right.
App doesn't let me access anything 70% of the time stating network error, nothing fixes it.
I have been a Casera customer for about 10 years and am very happy with their staff and services. The website is also very user friendly once you get familiar with it.
Straight forward, easy to use, and a simple visual layout.
Works well. A little clunky, not very smooth looking. But hey if it works.
It crashes a lot and has some bugs. Hopefully there is an update soon
I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and still has freez ups on opening the app. Not sure what's going on
Initiative and easy to use, but quite slow sometimes for whatever reason.
The cheque feature doesn't work on Android because of the photo capture button placement

Security questions equal 2 hours on the phone and a whole new set of passwords and answers to forget.

It is very handy for depositing cheques as soon as I get them and for transferring between my accounts, but I get error messages for network connection (when my phone says I have maximum internet connection) and cheque reading on auto-capture (manual capture works fine). I have also had issues with not being able to login, having to close the app and reopen it multiple times before it displays the proper screen.
