i like the convenience of ordering stuff with this app and such, the rewards are kinda cool too i guess, but why does it keep signing me out when i explicitly tell it to keep me signed in? as of this review, this is the second time it has just forced me out and telling me to sign back in. the issue might not be so bad if there was an option to autofill the password like what Google does, but as of now this app doesn't have that.
Can't pay online. I've tried multiple methods of payment and the app won't accept any of them. I don't have this trouble with any other apps. I've tried paying with Google pay, 2 different debit cards, and even a Casey's card. Nothing works. Also, I had to create a new account in order to use the app because it kept telling me I was using a disabled account.
Terrible, downloaded the App, tried to create a new account. No matter what email address I entered, none of them were valid, according to the App. Not a good start.
Mandatory deductions: Forced update while I'm in line at the store: -1. Deals are only for terribly unhealthy foods: -1. No easy link to nutritional info for foods: -0.5. Disappointing selections in store (yeah, unfair to penalize the app): -0.5. Other than that, they've been improving the app and it does work. Final score: 2/5.
The app fails log in attempts regularly. I enter rewards codes and it says "something went wrong, try again later" and takes forever to load a page. Doesn't work well at all.
Overall I like the app. The problem is I have to put my credit card info in ever time ... The cards i have saved in the app. Are expired, and it does not give me the option to update with new ones. Thats ok pizza hut is delivering more often now, lol. Ive tried fixing it, and reached out for help , and no one has gotten back🥺
Notifications are out of control. I have them set to off yet I keep getting them pushed to my phone. 6 Plus times a day. I have my phone blocking all notifications from this app now.
Easy once you're familiar, navigating all the special offers, etc. My experience has been Caseys employees are not 100% familiar with the app / specials [w/ n the ap but always from friendly.
I save so much money and being able to save points and use them towards Casey's cash or fuel rewards is awesome. One time I had saved $1.79 off a gallon (20 gal max)
In the process of creating an account and then signing in, it fails with the vague message "something went wrong" . If they can't get something as basic as that to work I definitely am not going to be using this app to spend any money.
The Summer of Freedom is a joke. I have hit something everyday and it doesn't let me have any of it. It only added bonus points once of all the times I have hit
Get your ad's straight. Everytime you send me an add notification; I go to look at it, and it takes me straight to the order screen... I never get a chance to view the deal in its entirety before placing an order. This process is utterly useless.
Usually have no trouble with this app, all of a sudden it's closing and a pop-up says there's a bug and developers need to fix the patch.
I was trying to enter and it said it was over before I could enter a number.Not user friendly. I wish I hadn't updated the app.
Super convenient when I need to save some extra money by switching over my points to caseys cash. I love how it's shows me everything I can get rewards for and how I can order pizza and stuff through it all in one app much more then other gas station apps.
Omg I signed up...app is helpful and very useful but when I agree to text notifications and I receive 17 to 20 text notifications a day...wow I didn't sign up and agree to that, i ended up shutting all notifications off...unreal and very excessive. Feel like its a social media app for Casey's..other wise its a great app..so far.
I love all the free stuff rewards for Casey's cas gives you I used 30 dollars this morning I was never using it my first time not knowing if I was going to grab a bunch of stuff and having to be told I had to pay out of my pocket no money was ask all I did was fill in my phone number and simple and easy I was on my way I love it awsome.
very much like the app especially at the time of all this covid 19 and unable to do much and they still deliver it helps alot the extra points that turn into cash always makes purchases nice
So, I tried to unlock the age restricted rewards and answered the many questions. I answered them correctly for me and still failed. I'm upset because now Casey's has all this personal information about me. They now have answers to questions that one would use for verification of identity. I don't know where Casey's got SO much info on me. They know what cars I've had, where I've lived for my 52 years on the planet, and even my social security number. The whole thing is very disturbing.
I love saving money, and this app saves EVERYBODY WHO USES IT MONEY! I regret not having it sooner. In these trying times money is money! Way to go CASEYS!
I enjoy this app I really do but when I try and log into my account it instantly kicks me from the app it only has done this since I acquired enough "box tops" for a free pizza so that's the reason for the low rating feel like I've been scammed
Helpful for getting Pizza ordered and saving a little money. Worth the space on my phone because I have to go here too often unfortunately. They card me to prove that I'm over 18 (I'm 54) and I hate them for that more than their skyhigh prices, but the app is still useful and as said, it makes ordering their awesome pizza an easy task. Now, if they would just stop making me pull out my dang ID to prove I am not 40 years younger than I appear to be I would give them more business. Are they mormon
App has never worked. Ive uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times but every time i open it it just says something went wrong.
Terrible app. Nothing ever loads! And when its does, youre waiting a solid 5 minutes for it. Slowest app ever and rewards points never show up
Everytime I order online my orders are never correct the always give me the wrong items and is very annoying because i still get charged for it and when i try to contact Casey's about it i never get a answer back.
App keep crashing. Won't open for 2 days now. Uninstalled and re-installed and same thing. Also not getting my points
Really nicely-designed, a pleasure to use... until it won't allow you to complete a purchase with any payment method ever. 20 minutes of "Sorry, unable to process payment" has been my last three experiences of this app. Until it's fixed I'm just going to order by phone, as much as I hate to do that. It's a shame, because the app is otherwise very good.
