Generates two versions of each receipt:

CURRENCY SETUP:When setting up the currency, you need to type in the currency symbol as well as the singular and plural forms of the words used for units and subunitsFor convenience, the currency select button will let you choose from a short list of popular currencies and type the relevant values in for you
SEARCH FACILITY:As you save receipts, the descriptions typed in the "Received for", "Received from" and item description field are added into searchable lists for later use.This list is accessed via the search icon which appears at the top of your screen when the relevant field has focus.
By way of example, suppose that you had created two receipts one with "January Rent" and the other with "February Rent" as the "Received for" reasons.
When capturing a third receipt:
- if you typed "J" into the "Received for" field, then pressed the search icon, you would see "January Rent" in a list which you could tap on to select it
- similarly, if you typed "F", you would get "February Rent"
- if you typed "R", you would see both and could click on the one you wanted
If you press the search icon with nothing entered you will see all possibilitiesYou can then type into the search bar at the top of the screen which will display any items which contain the search string.Use the cross to clear the search string and the triangle to accept whatever you have typed into the "Received for" field.
Long clicking on any item in the list will give you the option to remove it from further searches.

Easy to use. I love that you don't have to sign up to use it, and that it doesn't force you to fill in address info for customers. Would like to be able to centre my logo and have the ability to add a graphic or qr code to the footer, but other than that, this is a very vapable app.
Does its job. Final printed doc looks a little amateur, but it gets the job done. Thank you for responding to my earlier review! I must say the app developer is very responsive! All I meant is the printed version looks like a simple printed form, including the field blocks. If i wanted to produce a receipt on the go and paperlessly send it to the client, Id like it to look a little more professional. But like i said, it does its job wonderfully!
A very good app and its very convinient as one can raise a receipt from anywhere at any time. However, I wish it could be possible to transfer old receipts to a new phone or device. I changed phones and all my old receipts remained in the old phone despite the fact that the app was transferred to the new phone.
Hi.. this is good app.i looking for. But this app. could be The Best if can open online with someone we trusted with same account and same password. And about the setting,please improve this app because when i deleted the book, the setting back again to basic setting even already saved before. So i should setup again from beginning to make new book.
Superb! Perfect for issuing monthly receipts to members of housing society. Requires possibility to add to/correct receipt after it is saved. The other option to reissue it is exhausting. Also app should be able to import data from CSV file to a book and generate receipts. Also signature should be imported from stored image if required. Ready to pay if these three features are implemented. Excellent app.
I've been using this for years and it does very well with giving out cash receipts the only problem is once you back it up. Those receipts will be gone and you have to reopen each backup file to go back to your original new set of receipts. Also it does not keep a yearly calculation of how much cash money you received which would be great.
If you can add a filter for "received by", it would be most helpful. "Received by" is not me, it's the contractors who receives cash from me. That's why there is a signature box that they sign as proof of payment, correct? I'm not the one who signs it. When I open the app, it keeps on requiring me to accept the terms of use every single time. And the book that I already deleted keeps appearing.
Just what I needed for my service businness, I believe there's always room for improvement. In regard to this, kindly give room to add more customizable details, like when the mode of payment is via a cheque, one would want to capture the checque no. Also for those of us in the transport business, we would want to capture information like driver's name, vehicle registration etc. Good job.

Very good app. I am using it since june last year. But i wish it could have option to email the data in excel sheet or something like that. Because we have to share it with the CA for tax filing. I started making receipt in this app because i want to save paper also share it easily online with people and the CA.
Works well for me as far as the basic requirements are concerned. The logo won't get uploaded in my case. Also the signature gets deleted randomly. Can we have a well spaced out layout if the final off? It looks too cramped right now.
Very good app. I tested the app for our association use, It servered our purpose in full. The "delete receipt" option may be allowed only by a password holder. There may be a text box for noting remarks. If the app has password login and multi-divice access, there will be no match to this app. My best compliments to the app owners.
Its ok but i did noticed when i look at my list of receipt it shows the who paid name and really it should show the name of who was paid. It would make it easy to search and identify the receipt as opposed to clicking each receipt to figure out who on the receipt was paid. This needs to be fixed. Also you should be able to send multiple receipt at one time as opposed to one at a time. This should be fixes as well.
Hi, thank you for such a wonderful app! However, I have some suggestions to improve it. Firstly, are you able to set up a login account for the app so that multiple users can use the same receipt book of a protected setting and serial numbering on another mobile device? Secondly, as a form of control, it is not advisable for anyone to be able to delete a receipt issued because it leaves no trace of money being collected. Can you remove the delete function and only allow cancellation of receipt?
It's a really good app. Been using it since 2019. I just wish the data could be accessed from any device. If we could link it to a Facebook or Google account (so we won't lose the data if something suddenly happens to the device), that'd be great.
I've been using this simple yet efficient app for a while now and it certainly has gotten better over the years. Thanks for your work. Would love it if the app would allow the change of receipts language (Spanish) without having to change the phone's language.
Very nice app using it from last 3+ years and very much happy easy to use as well share receipts with different groups is easy. Sometimes it takes too much time to load but that might be because of the data I have. Thank you so much.
The app is great except that the backup files can not be opened except with the app. If you update the app all backup files are worthless. So i am not sure what they where thinking.
This app was very confusing for me. I'm used to a certain format for receipts and could not figure out how to get on the information on it. It was also diffucult to dicper the meaning of some of the open fields, and I could not add an amount on it.
I really like the app, but I wish I could pay for a version without ads! Ads waste time with the customer and sometimes take a full minute to load.
Excellent. Some advices. I want to manually sign the receipts after being printed. However if I choose "Sign receipts", it does not give option of an empty box, so it can be signed after it is printed. Also in normal paper receipts the copy remains with the owner. Thus create it similar in digital form, so a copy remains with the owner. Last advice. Give customization in printing, so receipts can be printed in normal size as normal receipts in life and not to be printed in A4 size receipts
Where are these two buttons? Do you have any written detailed instructions on how to send a receipt one way or the other? Like I said before, when I first started using this app I was sending my receipts to my in an itemized format with no problems. Now like I said they come out as a simple receipt when sent. I'm doing nothing different.
It is a user-friendly and easy to use app. I have replaced a spoilt cellphone to Huawei N7 cellphone but I can't use the app because it's kept showing update to latest version. I can't do the update. Kindly advice. Thank you.
i use this app bi weekly to keep up with pur roomates payments. i love that we both have a copy for our records of each transaction and i am able to easily see when a payment is missed or only partially paid simply by checking the log.
Very good and simple. Easy to use.. If can change top and bottom header font and color will be perfect. If can store customer contact details would be added value
If you need records kept do not get this app. It completely wiped a years worth of receipts that were supposedly backed up and stored. Now I can't find them anywhere, and have no contact for support.
very user friendly and very efficient way of sending receipts quickly with just the right information. like the fact that u can store, email and text receipts. highly recommend
good app. Almost exactly what I need, except I need to be able to print multiple recipts at once. Hate wasting paper printing 1 per page. If selecting multiple receipts at once to delete, share or print etc was an option it would be perfect. oh and maybe custom book names for organizing. *in reply to respons. that's great about the books! unfortunately my tenants require a paper version of the receipts.
