Cashback App

They say that the money is refunded, but no money enter in my bank account. For one year use of this card, I have been refunded twice.

I have Google Pixel 2, and I, as well, have problem when I try to open different businesses. It is not crashing with all businesses apparently. Is picking, and choosing, and it is the same all the time. I have used the old app to got into my cockpit and I can see those businesses no problem. Not everyone has the old "L" app though. Very nice and useful app, it needs some work though.

Worst organization!! Just fooling people and making money purchased brand voucher worth 5000 but the product are so costly that if I purchase same product from another app or another shop it will have huge price difference and also I can't use brand voucher fully I have ti pay as well. Very greedy organization I have ever seen!!!!!

The idea all good, but sincerely after all these years ... 1. You guys should finish the cashback card to be accepted/given in GDO's, my mom will die in meanwhile of old age 2. Instead of useless shopping points, we should get USDD stablecoins wich we can trade for BTC in trading platforms

i like that the app has a map that shows where i can use the cb card but i would like to be able to search for loyalty merchants by categories (coz sometimes i don't care for the closest merchants rather a specific one). the search function itself isn't that useful - it gives weird results, it is unreliable.

The app is impossible to use. I have in over 4 months of trying NEVER been able to use it without spending over one hour to transact the purchase of an evoucher. Then, when I tried to use Travelworld and needed to cancel a reservation that took me over 2 hrs to make within the required parameters to cancel, I was unable to cancel it because it didn't show up on the TravelWorld app. I tried to reach support with no success and was told to message them. They didn't respond for me than 2 days

Update: i guess this got fixed with the last patch from July 7th. Example of an online shop that couldn't be found through the search engine from the mobile app: Top-Shop.ro The search functionality is pretty much useless. Despite the fact that some providers/shops are enrolled in the cash back program and the cash back option can be activated when using a desktop browser, in mobile app they don't appear when trying to find them using the search motor...

Looks like they normally give 1 or 2% on purchases of £90 or more. I never spend that much on food/clothes shopping; at least not in one store, at one time! Plus it's like 90p cashback on a £90 purchase, which is pretty pointless... Unless I'm missing something?

This App and service is a joke! I can't login through this app as it constantly pops up a message saying that I need to confirm the latest general terms and conditions (GTC) on the website. I go to the website to do this and I don't see any where to confirm these GTC. No button to tick or confirm. No direction re: this. Very poor layout on the website. You can't access customer service on phone either because they redirect you to the app which doesn't let you login in the first place.

Spotty use. Technology is consistently a problem with Cash back App and its precursors. It's really sad because it has so much potential, but falls short compared to similar rebate and rewards programs. I've been a user since 2013.

i just dont give 5* coz it is not optimaize to tables and the app still have a bug in android system. everytime you shake the phone to see the card, after that if you go main menu》my voucher, the card shows again instead of my vouchers, so i need to restart the app everytime. if you can sort out this 2 point, i give 5*

I live in Canada and this app has been horrible everytime I try to load my evoucher to go shopping it's always an error message have not been able to use it yet properly. New upgrades were implemented. Login off and on again solved the problem. Successfully completed my first order today!

This app continues to draw money from your account even if you cancel your subscription. The only way to stop paying money is to contact your bank and ask them to cancel your direct debit. It's something of a stealing app!

The app has gone from bad to worse! It's been about 4 weeks now since the Tesco evouchers for the UK disappeared. I emailed them & they said they were looking into the problem still not fixed! It was the only evoucher I bought so it is very disappointing. Also my cashback no longer shows on the app says I'm at £0 when I know I wasn't. Also other evouchers have disappeared, Costa Coffee, Toby Carvery, Primark to name a few. There are now only 3 evouchers available none of which are of any use!!

I'm using it for the past 2 years and it's always accurate, with the latest updates available...and gives you unique opportunity to save on every purchase and be additionally rewarded for your loyalty

Still a lot of bugs and low quality designs. prolly its just android. once all the bugs and imperfections are fixed, the real app is here.

Every and each transaction through app, no matter of what amount, it gives accurate balance back which is impressive, haven't tried any other app so far this one does the job.

I first gave one star because I didn't recieve my cashback. But I was wrong. I emailed them and they listened. I even recieved calls from them several times and finally they resolved my concern and gave the highest cashback compared to other apps.

Best company to save money with our every day putchases.

I don't know if someone reviews these messages but I'd like to have a additional feature to navigate to my eVouchers from main screen - like accessing shortcut in bottom right and having a new added button for "My eVouchers"

Great app!!! Makes it very easy to find countless number of stores and internet shops, that use the CASHBACK WORLD platform and offer customers discounts with every purchase!!! Strongly recommend it!

I accidebtly hit the austrillian flag for english. I selected it, deleted the app turn off my phone many times and i couldnt reset the right country. I couldnt set up app because it wasnt recognizing my USA number.

I love this app! I do most of my shopping through this app and get cashback for shopping online, locally and at all my favorite big box and chain stores I especially love that I get cashback on all our groceries and everyday needs.

You literally need to beg them to send you cashback and after your complaint is registered, they start your cashback process. If you don't ask them for your cashback, they simply won't give it.Their customer service is one of the most unresponsive one I've ever come across in any industry. I have filed for a query and haven't got response in the past two weeks.
