Not user friendly. Tried to pay electricity bill. Entered my state, electricity provider and KNo. It only shows the billed amount. It must also show the name to double check that we are going to pay for correct connection. After that it asks for txn. passwd. But I am not sure where this txn password was generated. I only remember to have set the login password, which it doesn't accept here. So I could not l pay bill till now. Also, no In-app support/Faq/Help option or complaint registration.
Very poor service provider. Yesterday to today also I try to the mobile recharge. But it's shows the Something went wrong. Please try after some time. It's so irritating. I have only that amount in that wallet. How to recharge my mobile. Please fix the bugs after u will release the apps. Because any critical situation this type of error message shows people are so irritated.
Haven't been able to get a single person to join because every time the screen gets stuck on the registration page and it keeps loading. I tried restarting, reinstalling, clearing the cache and data. Nothing worked. Fix that asap.
UI too complicated.Frequent compulsory updates ask for too much space and leaving no option to not update and or update later. For simple referencing it requires too many clicks making things cumbersome. Notification facility is not visible. Requires too much user time fir keeping oneself updated.
Serious login issue.. Password is not case sensitive.. No security.. Even u disabled screenshot option for security, but u people don't know how a password security should be? How we can believe transaction security through this app, if things are like this? And also it's taking too much data. Why this much data for a payment app? If u r a member of CashBag, just check the data usage for this app, u will realise. I sent them mail 2 times regarding this, but no support. Worst customer support.
First of all the app is not at all user friendly interface. Its so complicated that you will have to scratch your head even to do a simple transaction. Moving ahead I have added 10 direct referrals but still my earnings are on hold. I have done transaction still the money is on hold. I have written to support but still the no revert from their end. GUYS ALREADY WROTE THRICE SINCE YESTERDAY BUT STILL NO REPLY FROM YOUR SUPPORT END. !!STILL NO REVERT!!
I am giving them negative marking if possible. No body is picking up my call,from last 6months I am continuously calling on Custom care number. Worst experience with this mobile application. Whenever I tried to recharge and transaction app will fail my transaction.. I am very very frustrated with this app.
API to major apps is a big problem as things get into error at the time of completing transaction. Be it with Flipkart, Amazon, Ajio, Big basket or MMT. More than that Aadhar is asked as a mandatory docs when even Supreme Court has given an strict order to not ask it as a mandatory doc. I requested so many time to make it ONE of the document but only I got is a promise of change with really NO change.
excellent App. all in one and I find it pretty user friendly. need to upgrade bit and should be able to make payment to uber, ola, CESC etc etc. hope team is working on all of it and soon will be solved
Very useless software. I'm not able to activate my Card till now. I can't upload images of ID proof. Some fields can't be even able to select.waste of time and bad experience.
good team and working hard on this app but facing some problem that is we convey the people that you can do all Bill payment, money transfer and purchasing and you will get return, on trying to pay electric bill, money transfer and transaction not done than also we convey its a new app latter on it will be getting than they think it's not in market any way one day we succeed. thanks and regards
App need to be updated a lot, like while recharging there is no provision for viewing plans, and in recent recharge transactions mobile number is not showing. It will be helpful if these are solved.
This is not usefull for electricity bill payment....I am trying since 2 months...it asks for PC which is 2digit no.and even after that doesn't show pay option...i hate it..please improve it as soon as possible.
Fed up with this poor app, Need lot of improvements, very complicated to use, not allowing transfer money from wallet,bag to other person already having this app , no option for paying bills like electricity, gas, internet etc, rupay debit card not working anymore, unable to add money in Paytm wallet from the rupay card, no mechanism of sending money from bag to account again, response from helpdesk is very poor and slow, despite of frequent email no proper response.

Idea and Features are good But practically apps not run as user-friendly . Broadband bill aitel, Gtpl not cover , when We bill payment we need to first add amout to wallet than We can process any recharge and bill payment if transaction failed than we can revese amount from wallet to our bank, it is compulsory to hold that wallet amount . Cash back also very low amout than other apps like paytm or direct bank debit card . I m first exited to see concept but after run practical but after...
It's a great application and I use it It is very helpful and we can make money with them as see in business If we start our business then we need lot of money. But in this application we don't need the money. That's very important. Thanks a Lot Team CashBag Please Update as soon as possible.
The app is sharing your information stored with them and is now spamming. Received multiple calls from them. You cannot just call people any time of the day for no reason.

This is not just like that app. This is online business with no investment and risk. I like that this concept. We spent the our regular online expenditure by this app, For each and every online expenditure, We get a income (commission) Here two types of income available. 1.Direct income 2.Indirect income Online mode and Offline mode(Rupay card) Update are required 1.Mobile recharge Browse plan not shown for MNP change numbers 2.Gas bill pay indane not included. I have given all documents for kyc photocopies in person and it took them more time to verify, but still address prooof not verified, they say I have not submitted the documents, inspite of myself submitting it in person. Today I tried to add Money in cash bag, it toook long time to add cash in cash bag and afterwards I tried to chare prepaid mobile, but it is not charging. Professionalism is required and I hope they manage by sweet talking. Since it is knew there may be some delay, but to much of delay and no professionalishm hurts individual
Nice App. One can earn passive income for life time through his Referral Code. You can earn money from your daily expenditure and I am also started income through this App. So Thank you Cashbag. Sometime mobile recharge are shows fails, so it requires for upgradation.
I am shocked how they are able to cheat with this kind of app. Money is also missing from wallet which is added from my bank. No cashbacks also for any transaction done through this app. Pathetic customer support.

Still lots to go QR code option, Bill payments, GAS bookings, Metro, Train Platform, Wallet to Wallet, Wallet to Bank, CashBag to Mobile payments linked to bank (like google pay), Linked platforms should not ask for fresh login ID, once logged thru CashBag, Co-branded orders, should get updated instantly once payment is confirmed or return time is exhausted.
well application concept is good.but still some error will be their..when any one double click on recharge option than wallet amount will be cuted twice....so recharge is not liable so coustomer be care full on recharge time....
After the latest update installd the app is not working. i uninstalled it and installed it again from play store, now app is open but after ID password enter, it is not opening.
Nice app, with great features. It is house app for user, where they get several other apps in single roof. Very attractive earning, and it not limited for sinlge time.Unless as how much time your refferal person, make payment you could got cashback earnings..........That's make it different............So download and start you goals.......,.
Worst app. I have 600 in wallet but every time I try to recharge, payment gets failed. When called to customer care team, the number is does not exist. If anyone has more money to loose then only install this app
Very good application for transactions and making money. I am sure there will be no unemployment in coming years as everything will be digital and people will earn very good amount from this app.
Actually the app is good and pretty awesome in the event of Digital revolution. But the strategy is cumbersome. Not knowing the exact procedure. If one adds 10 members still showing in hold amount only. And levels, payments etc. And the hasty thing is privacy. If any women/girl joins the app upline can easily view their names along with their names. Any of the either should be invisible. And there should also be an additional gender preference like transgender. And app needs more accessible UI.
