This app has helped simplify submitting timesheets immensely. Way easier than paper and I don't have to remember to submit them every 2 weeks.
Despite a rather rough start, the Cashe EVV app has been very reliable for the past several months. Using the app takes no more than a minute of my time per shift, which is very reasonable.
Employees who cannot get paid on time due to app not allowing log ins. *Update 2 months later... STILL can't get past dashboard after logging in. It just says, 'Please wait' and has spinning circle next to it like it is loading. I have to use my child's device to sign payroll for employees now. Messaged support, they directed me to contact agency. Contacted agency, they direct me to contact support. Support says there is an update, I have updated twice since to no avail.
This app is absolutely awful. Just missed getting paid because you have to manually update or it doesn't send your payroll but you can still clock in and use every function normally. But you won't get anything for it. I had to wait a week to get a paper check from my company after fixing the issue. image having rent do on the 1st and an app sets you beind on rent a week and trying to explain it to your leasing office.
Way easier than using paper time sheets and sending them in.
Your app is very buggy. Needs some fixes so you don't have to wait ten minutes to clock in and out.
This app has the most bugs I've ever seen in a app before. I've had issues having two pca's work with the same client, it rarely acknowledges the homemaking hours as separate from PCA ones, a new bug that drastically increases time has come up. There are times when it will work smoothly, but their shared almost half and half with times where there's issues. If you are considering using this app for your PCA company don't waste your time. Frustrated because this is going to affect many people.
Never works. Login issues and once in, it just says please wait. Terrible.
This APP is very buggy and screws up timesheets all the time. I don't care about my position being monitored, but I need to be able to adjust times and be trusted.
The app stopped working about a month ago. Just gives me an endless loading screen after I sign in. I have tried to reinstall it many times and it still won't work.
I know that this app is breaking the law. No organization has the right to track the activitie's of their client's. The right of privacy is broken. Even an ill person still has the right to privacy of where they want to go with their pca. The pca also has the right to his privacy too as their location and phone data is sacred. We don't know what else this app is accessing on our phone. It takes a be unusually long time to load or exit. That time may not be loading but a few minutes of ???.
After latest update as of 10/11, can't open app. Stuck on "please wait" when opening app. Tried clearing cache and storage and reinstalling app.
Subpar at best. I have more employees calling due to the ineptness of this app it consumes my day. If you have a say in what your company chooses I would look past this app; too many bugs and not a fast enough response to issues.

This app is always slow and not user friendly. I dont have anything good to say about it. It's like it was created my amateurs.
Cant login keeps saying wrong password/username, cant change password cant do nothing!!
Intuitive and time saving!
No auto login, works half the time on android. Programmers should have to use it themselves.
This app don't work well I can't log in and out have to delete it and start over everyday
Do not use this app -- it GPS tracks you without consent and flags you if you're not at home. People with disabilities travel and have lives. Forcing us to share our location with the government violates the Fourth Amendment prohibiting them from searching you without a warrant. It violates Supreme Court ruling Olmstead vs. LC guaranteeing people with disabilities the right to live in the community. GPS is NOT required under 21st Century Cures Act. Refuse to use this app, fight for your rights!
When I log in it just says please wait and keeps spinning and nothing happens
This app will jeopardize the safety and care for the client "me" due to the fact they will be forced to look at their phones for punch in/out. In fact I'm so stressed out by this that I can't think straight. I can't believe how dumb, ignorant and immature pca policy makers have become. I now feel unsafe as my pca have spent 20% of their time looking at their phone instead of me. This will guarantee deaths and safety hazards to clients. Note: this is my opinion and current stress about this.

Once I was able to get in and explore the app it's super easy to use. Paper timesheets were such a hassel. This is quick and easy since I alway have my phone on me!
