Everytime I try to sell my phone they try to find faults which were not there just in order to reduce amount. In my phone there is no scratches on my screen but they unnecessary telling there is scratch Worst APP, never installed this

The collection was set up comfortably but after their executive came to pickup the phone, the quote was drastically reduced by Rs. 800. The overall experience was disappointed and I would not recommend it to anyone else as they don't deliver the prices they quote.
Worst app ever, believe me these all are paid reviews,I ordered a pickup for my OnePlus 6 priced at 14800 and they delayed the pickup 2 days, and when the executive came to pick up, he told me the price 8000, I had alredy told them the faults in the phone still they told me the price was 8000, I refused and sold on cashify and got a price of 13500. Thanks to cashify.
Don't trust this app. It is a mere waste of time. It has been a horrible experience. There is no provision for minus stars hence I am compelled to reluctantly give it a single or else my views will not be reflected.
i would give them 0 rating. 1. when you book a pick up to sell your phone they will not give that amount which their app shows. 2. they also sell second hand phones but they tell and show different thing and will give you different thing they will tell ki their phone is in brand new condition and after when you reach their shop they show you different device and say ki second hand me kux to dent and scratch hoge he. 3. their staff is 0% professional and dont know how to treat their clients. 4. they are just trying to copy Cashify is much reliable and they 100% pro this company will not stand long i can assure you that.

I would have given a 5 star rating, had I been paid the price offered to me when I booked the order. The experience from the time I booked my order till their associate came for the pick up was pretty smooth and swift and the price was quite competitive w.r.t other online platforms but the moment the associate came for the pick up the price drastically came down by INR 1400 and after a bit of negotiation I agreed to a INR 1000 dip as I neither had time nor patience to pursue to process again.
I put my phone for sale and cashforphone let me schedule the date but when when the scheduled date passed and I checked with customer care they told me that they don't serve the city. In such case I should not be allowed to schedule it for pickup. Worst application.

I wanted to sell my mobile from this app, but this pichcup is nowhere to be seen, even at two or three addresses, there is no picup facility, it's a very bad thing, you are the only one.
Worst Experience so far !! I tried reaching out to their number but its always switched off, which is pathetic if someone prefers calling customer care. Then I dropped email and its been 3 days since then, no response what so ever. If their service is so pathetic, I wonder how they will do at the time of selling/buying any device.

Pathetic Service. First they check the phone and after sale is done, their collection agent call back and tells several complaints about the phone. Even they drop abusive messages. Won't recommend at all

I placed order for sale of my mobile from this app, and confirmation msg rced. But when I checked in app it shows nothing. Just logged in again with OTP to check but it is staying login again.
