Cashify -Sell old Electronics

Worst app ever! Don't ever waste your time here! The app looks user friendly and promises alot. But when we schedule for pickup, nobody ever shows up. They either reschedule the pickup or cancel it without your concent. And when we call the customer care centre, they don't give a damn about your issue. I wish I had read the reviews before using the app. I can see 90% of them have faced the exact same issue!

The app looks good. But, under sell products, the list of devices are limited to recently launched devices (e.g., those launched in last 1 or 2 years) but not really old devices! Informed the same to customer care but don't know when the device will be added to list. When the app is intended to sell old devices, I expect it to list old devices (e.g., many phone variants are not listed so you can't sell them). At the same time, the app sends too many notifications to sell your device!

Well, the app is really good. Firstly, the pick up guy doesn't call & re-schedule the appointment without prior consent. Secondly, When reached to customer support they are unable to help us understand and neither able to communicate properly. I can't think of referring cashify to any friends or colleagues. Worst experience all together!

I am forced to change the review after a horrible experience. On the surface just the app to validate your device and get the needed quote look ok. But the problem starts once the Device is ready for pickup. The team changes the pickup time on their own, the vendor doesn't have respect for time and comes at their convenience and the time slot is changed as per Cashify team which is not at all acceptable. On the app side the interface to check the items on display get frozen while scrolling down.

They show one price. And in person when they pick up. They change that price. And reduce it as much as they can. Even though if you have filled up boxes in the app. Like those flaws in your device. I didn't expect that at all. I could've used other platforms to sell it with some more price. It wasn't very promising when it comes to cost of selling products through them. I should've read some reviews here first.

After getting impressed by their ads I bought an iphone last week from this App. There were multiple issues with the phone so they asked me to follow the hell of a heavy process to get a replacement. I did that too. Today when I received the phone back it came with the same issues even in worse condition. With disappointment, I wrote a request email to return the device explaining the whole issue. In return I got the same monotonous email to do the whole process. On whatsApp, they even denied!!

Not very good experience. After feeding all the details and scheduling appointment, the app comes back and says the quote expired and asks you to reevaluate a d go through the same process again and again! Once the last step of appointment confirmation, they need to stick to it. Also appointments are available after many days! I read not so good experience of others at the time of pickup. So let me wait for that before commenting on it.

The quoted price was decreased by 3000 even though every issue with the phone was reported early. There is no customer support contact to report an issue when the pick up executive is reporting wrongly. He took 30 mins and 3 tries and I had to complete the process 3 times because supposedly his application was not updated. Horrible expwrience. Better to sell/exchange on Amazon.

I am very much disappointed 😞 in the app get the exact value is one and after pickup the given transferred amount is one. Loss of 1300. But pickup person was so good. Very much understandable 👍 don't disappoint the customers what the quote given give same amount only. Delivery boy checked everything and taken the mobile. But not upto the expected price I got.. I recommend this app to the users. Nice app.

Worst service ibever have seen from online platform. This is not user friendly. I have sell my phone through this app. But the are. The are reshaduld 3 times . On their convenience. I think they are works for on thair convenience 🤬🤬 this is not user friendly 🤬🤬

I've traded about 5 phones on Cashify until now. Their service is really good. I love the instant cash transfer from the person who picks up the devices. Ya, sometimes they are a little too strict with regards to the condition of the device (scratches, sent, etc), but it's not a deal breaker. And they give one of the best rates in the market.

no one comes to pickup ,no calls or messages from cashify,we just get an update that the professional tried to contact couldn't contact and sometimes even don't get that message just that the pick up has been rescheduled, happening daily for last one week,wasted my time and effort,useless and pathetic app,I guess it's a fraud app,didn't even get a single call,it can't be that there are no people to pickup,if that's the case then why to promote free pickup,useless app,wouldn't recommend to anyone

This has become the worst app. They have tie-ups with local resellers. Their main intention is to low-ball the price you get, even after you honestly answer all the questions. I'm ok even if my used phone ends up in a landfill few years down the line, but I will not put up with this fraud app and their fraud executives again. Enough is enough!

Selling used phones on Cashify from many years but not anymore. Amount paid is very less than the amount confirmed at the time of order. The pickup technician agrees that there were no dents and major scratches on body or screen but still he repoorts as major scrates to bring down the selling amount. Refer the call records.

I had the worst experience with Cashify. The agent who came to pick up my product disregarded the quote on the app and pulled out a new quote out of thin air without any explanation and asked me to cancel the order if I had a problem with the quote. My product was in flawless condition and not even 2 months old and yet he refused to pay the amount quoted in the Cashify app. Never using Cashify again and would advise others to do the same.

The worst experience with cashify on selling the product. The pickup guy was always on call with someone and trying to get the as minimum quote as possible for the device. The price they told to buy the device was pretty less than what they had quoted on the app based on all the parameters check. The pick up guy kept calling me to give the device on the price they quoted. I ultimately had to complain to the support team. Very pathetic experience with them. I'll never recommend cashify to anyone

Phone price was reduced by 1k by the agent from what was quoted in the app. Phone was picked up 5 days back, payment is not yet received. The agent who came to pick up my phone is not receiving my calls. Customer care is pathetic, they have no idea, and they don't care. Think twice before going for this platform. Edit: After 9 days, finally I got the payment, by sending mails, connecting to customer care and follow up every day. Agent never bother to even recieve my calls.

It was very unacceptable & worst experience ever. The app shows different evaluation for phone & when they come for pickup they say us different value less than half of the promised value. It's a second time,had very bad experience with Cashify app. Do not go with this app. Not at all reliable. You will definitely regret later, better to avoid such apps.

This is an excellent app. I really like the automated testing and professional handling. Its too good however the quotes are a a bit ow. That said you are doing a great job recycling old phones and saving environment. Keep it up!

This whole point of using this app is to be to able sell , which is not happening for me. The technician has rescheduled the pick up at least 4 times without my consent and without even verifying my availability. The customer service is hard to get hold off and they didn't help in resolving the issue.

Update: I would like to update on my user experience on my recent transactions with them. Their pick executives are questionable. They now have a tendency to say that there is screen fadeness, which no other person apart from them can see. Also, the last pick guy, took my phone and gave a feedback by himself inspite of me telling him that not to do. ................ Nice user interface and good design, easy to use and set up an order. Only one thing, allow invoices to be other formats like pdf

Got a screen replacement from Cashify. Noticed burn-in and ghost touch issues but it was too late. Kept asking for a technician. Got one the third day of waiting. Was the same guy who did the original repair. He took off the back and put it back on, didn't change my screen, but did tell me my “screen connector was loose” and that was likely causing my issues. Talked nasty about the service on Google Play and I started getting two copy-pasted customer redressal emails a day.

Fully disappointed, I do not have the bill for my old mobile phone, despite my inconvenience, my booking has been confirmed and a reasonable price has been fixed for it. However, at the time of pick up, the company asked me by phone about the bill, I don't have the bill available, my booking was canceled after I informed them.

Wonderful service. The first time I booked, the agent wasn't assigned at all, and the battery replacement never happened. Next day, they sent a person who fit the battery that worked perfectly for my phone. Even Mi centre didn't have battery stock. But these guys used a China made Merlin battery, and it's working fine. It also has 3 months warranty. I ordered for the repair of another phone next. And that job was also done fine. Keep it up, Cashify.

Genuine selling experience, Trustworthy. Intiated exchange in Samsung website, cashify is the exchange partner it seems. The process is smooth, clear. No haggling or nuisance at time of pickup, I was pleasantly surprised. It's instant, I got the money (as Amazon gift card) instantly when person is present there itself. Only thing cashify needs to improve is scheduling of pickup. Without informing, they rescheduled pickup 3 times over 2 days. I would definitely recommend Cashify!

Horrible experience with Cashify. Pickup scheduled but no one came or even bothered to ask. The support staff just mentions that they have told the concerned department of the issue even after calling 6-7 times in a day. Would not recommend this to anyone, I spoilt my entire Sunday waiting for the pick up to happen. Worst app. Worst service. Worst support staff.

I have installed this app to share the worst experience that I faced, don't know how @SamsungIndia is partnering with such vendors. I bought a mobile on Samsung India web and opted to exchange my old device. It is really horrible experience till as pickup is rescheduled 3 to 4 times without notification or proper reason. All they justify is as I am not picking up or my number is not reachable which is not real as I didn't ever get a call or missed call alert. FIRST AND WORST EXPERIENCE
