8. Can I have more than one account?
Yes, you can make more than one account in Cash-Maal.
9. Can I deposit using one e-currency and withdraw to another one?
Yes, you can deposit using one e-currency and get paid in another one.
10. What should I do if my password is lost?
You need to send us email ([email protected]) containing your Member Id, email
and all other profile detail to prove your identity. After comparing this information
with the data you submitted at registration, your password will be emailed to the
email address provided during registration.

Disappointing service. Cashmaal support is extremely slow to resolve deposit and withdraw issues despite providing them all required details. They are very quick to receive our deposit but very slow to credit our accounts. Withdraw is even more slower, their system starts malfunctioning like, withdraw methods not working due to technical issues or painfully slow to get back our money. Feels like a scam setup. Quick to receive deposit but very slow to credit and withdraw.
I've been using it for years without any issues expect they seemed shady at times but the service worked for what it was until a few days ago when i deposited my money on it and i never got credited for it, I contacted their so called support about 100 times but i got no response. In my opinion people should avoid using CashMaal at all, I think they are exit scamming now. This app should be removed from Playstore at all costs.
It's good app, but working a little bit slow, Why the withdrawal takes a lot of time? Also there is one another problem of fund charges transfer that you people deduct, this transaction should be free of charges and instant, as because this is an internet and technology era should need instant payments. Thanks Hopefully you will improve it.
Well it works very well. Survive is good. Only have problem with the verification on international base. Hope the Developers will work on it. To make it easier for international users if there is anyone want to use this service. Rest of all perfect.
They are complete frauds. They will immediately take deposit from you but will not transfer money in it account. I had to immediately transfer money. I used easy paisa. They never credited it. I wrote so many messages to the customer service. They never reply or respond. They never returned my money back. It was the worst decision to use cashmaal. I lost my hard earned money. Scammers!!!
Very comfortable, user friendly, quick responsive, secure and trust worthy. It takes very low prices to withdraw amount, don't compare CashMaal app with others by its icon. I suggest its owner to also make this icon more attractive keeping simplicity and exactive design. Otherwise its cool 💱.
I'm also using this platform to exchange currency and this experiene is very beautiful for me. Thanks for giving us choice to change currency. There is one Problem that the app is slow Please make it fast for better experience.
It was great app but now so many glitches and nearly all deposit methods are unavailable now. In addition, by the latest glitch, it doesn't even opn, just gives an error that no internet.
Cashmaal is a fraud company. Few month a I deposit 5000 in cashmaal. A few days ago I requested for withdraw. Money deducted from my account. but the request was still pending, I contacted them to send me my money. I texted them 3 to 4 times. But today when I logged in to the account, the transaction request was removed and no money was sent to me. When I contacted again, the ticket was closed. When I re-creat the ticket, it was also given close. Cashmaal is a fraud company.
It is very good App. I am using this and I am fully satisfied by the cashmall. But I want to give you some suggestions. 1. Please change your logo. Choose desent logo. Which would attract that this app is nice and not scam. 2.I know this is new, but you have to improve your withdrawal time. It should be instant, but it is also good, but in market competition it is not enough. 3) you have to make collaboration with sim card companies for renewal of balance and packages. But it shoud be instant.
This is the worst ever app that I ever used in my life. Working and proceeding system is too much slow. It takes alot of Time to add transactions amounts. I would recommend not to use this app ever in your life. I'm telling you guys this is the worst ever system in this modern era
This is good wallet that I use from one and half years. And One thing that I missed in 2020 that is debit card deposits option instead of bank wire which is took long time to proceeded the payment deposit request... Well. This changes will be make more easier to use cash-mall. Over all, everythings are working perfect but the virtual visa card is disable how can I apply the visa card?kindly add fingerprint option for login into the app.

I think this is a scam platform now. There is no issue with their system, they intentionally hold the money for several days. I placed a withdraw to my easypaisa account, 6 days gone but they didn't send my money. They only reply the issue will be resolved but never resolved. So it means they are playing now, stay away from this app.

After that, if you withdraw your stuck amount due to their negligence, you have to pay them fee... Just through that, they are grabbing money, not because they are providing services.
What a pathetic app and its greedy management. I was using it from last year and usually 3 to 4 transactions in a month. Now i had deposited 163 USD about 32 hours before but nothing in my wallet. I tried to contact them through tickets, through support email but nobody cares. I know they'll ans here to contact with our team by mail i already do that many times...
It's been 5 days but my payment could not add in my cashmaal account. I made complain 3 times and sent 3 emails but nothing happened. I feel I should stop cashmaal service and use any other deposit method for online payments. You don't care our issues and can't solve on time. I deposited almost 1.3 million from cashmaal and now stopping. I am disappointed with your support team.
Very bad service and very bad experience every time when payment sends to your bloody system it shows error first then we create ticket Because tickets is only way for contacting and wait for several days for their reply.. my payment still stuck at your 0 system
I have reviewed this application 0 few days ago because I was not receiving my money and I was trying to contact them but no one was answering so I was thinking that they are scammer. But yesterday I receive my money and they contact me as well. The thing is that you don't receive your money instantly I received mine after 5 day. So if you want to receive or transfer your money instantly than don't use this application but if you can wait for 4-5 days than this application is legit.
I recently installed it. When I faced a problem in deposit for the first time, They helped me after one day. For the second time when again deposit problem occured, they are not responding me for three days. They have a very lazy team. At first I gave them 4 stars but now I am giving them one star for their non professional behaviour. My complaint ID is 7358462.
I gave a negative feedback some days before... I called them "scammers"..but actually they are not scammers... It's true they are not scammers. Everything is alright but nowadays theit auto payment update system is not working i am still waiting to get my transaction id updated but guess what its been 2 days already and i didn't got any response yet from cashmaal. Must say their support service is trash. Never ever deposit your money if you need those in urgency because it takes days to get your payment updated in their so called system.
Cashmaal is somewhat trustworthy for transaction, but their slow response time angers the users. After transaction when i added TRX ID, then it showed transaction error. Then i submitted complaint but it was not solved. Then i contacted them through their email but no reply. After 12 hours, i again entered TRX ID then money was transfered. Kindly improve your service as soon as possible
This is the only app which can transfer money from payeer to easypaisa. It's the only reason I am using this app. But easypaisa withdrawals don't work for 15 to 20 daya then work for few days then stop working again. My payment is stuck in this app as I can't withdraw money in easypaisa. This happened for the second time. Please fix this issue as I have no other option.
Very nice app good interface, everything is good but normal transaction takes too many tim to reach and there no option in the cuntrol of user to make it urgent with fees it comes when cashmaal wants about 20 hours later.....whch one is a bad thing pls look into the matter, and make a some change to intruduce a special limited deduction for any urgent transaction if any wants. I deposited so much money on this app and now they won't allow me to withdraw. Not even replying to my emails 72 hours past. Still waiting for problem to be solved. Worst service ever. They have froze my hard earned money. Kindly resolve my issue as quick as possible.
Very very bad service. I was deposit money from jazzcash in it but i didn't received it yet. I was sending an email and also send two tickets but they didn't replied. There is no proper contact number or email ID in their contact list. You can only contact him via tickets. I think it's fraud so please don't used it anymore and new users don't download it.
