It's an awesome app for taking loan if you seriously needs one. Money gets transferred in your bank account within few minutes. The only problem is that it is quite expensive. If only there was a feature like taking loan based on EMI, that would be awesome.

It's so amazing . My experience is that or loan app is very fast. This loan has a very low interest rate as many apps available on a play store or on any other sites.the most special things about this loan is that it gets very fast, I myself have taken it two to four times.

It has been around 4 days and approval status is perfect. However, completed e-sign and also received the acknowledgement in email but the app is asking for e-sign again and again. Doesnt seems like a helpful and significant application in time of emergency. Apparently I would also expect someone to intervene and give us a clarity for our future reference. I have uninstalled the app as my requirement has been fulfilled. Lets speak on social media
It was a great experience for me....but today i repaid the loan but not updated in app....the customer support service is worst and pathetic....no reply from the contact number as well as from email. They have all the time on earth for the notifications about loan repayment but if a customer wants to reach them they are seems to be dead....

It is a good app, very sensitive and helpful financially, i have take the money and repay already, while it is good, there is a weak point i want to highlight is that the processing fee cost ie extremly high, while orther can process with low processing fee why can this team..? Also the tenure of the loan give less time try to renovate it with long term.
Money is also very fast. The reliable loan platform!the data can be reuiewed and approved quickly after filling in the information, and the money is also very fast. It works well, I tried it, the application is very simple.
The app is genuine no doubt about it. The service is as expected good. But the processing fee is 12% of the loan amount which is too high and illogical! It needs to be appropriate. And the worst thing is that, they have the worst customer support team. Neither they pick your call nor reply your emails on time. Take long time to disburse the funds as well. Really pathetic.
A perfect app for short term loans. Kindly increase the borrowing limit and also the time frame to pay it back.. After 14th day you keep charging interest everyday. Apart from that it's perfect.

First time it went fine... The second time when I tried to process for loan after all the process and loan document signature. A message popped up on the app that amount will be credited in my account in 15 minutes. But it has been more than 30 hours and no money has been credited yet. They are
clearly the nicest team i have interacted with for customer service. i had a lot of loans which i transferred at 11.29% interest rate. one girl these is really good as she kept in touch with me even if the bank did not. thanks to the whole team I like it when people are responsive and it is very good at this. am trying to repay my loan from past 4days it shows repayment options with net banking and debit card but it will not open with bank site,its showing from technical error in mobile application trying to contact customer service but it's not getting connected and sent you many emails about the issue but no response from them,but am continuously receiving mails from them for the repayment.worst app management. Never go with this app no proper customer service.

Yesterday was the last date for my loan repayment and I was trying to repay the loan amount yesterday but the application was misbehaving, it was not accessible. Now due to that issue I have to bear the penalty amount today, that is totally unfair. I can file a complaint against it because I was nowhere in the fault. You just fool the customers by providing inaccessible customer care contacts.The App was showing me unknown err, I was totally helpless. I also mailed yesterday but got no response.
Fake app and totally waste of time. Please don't use this app. I have applied for a personal loan and got approved through SMS and there also ask me to complete esign but whenever I am trying to find esign agreement to their app there is showing my credit limit are locked. But few days ago my credit limits were unlocked. They are playing game with customers. They are not eligible to get any star. I have also called their customer care and also send them email but nobody give any response.

I have been using this app since a long time. My borrowing limit started from Rupees 500 and it got raised to Rupees 10000 over the time. The app is great for times when we need additional financial support. Any issue is resolved instantly. It is really easy to use and the feature of loan extension
Your app doesn't work. Everytime i try to entert the relatives and reference number from my phonebook. All the details that I entered before get wiped out and the number doesn't get entered. As per your instructions I called you guys. And the person on the other end seems disoriented and dsnt know whats happenning and then hangs up. DISGUSTING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT NOW.
The app is nice as per features but has lot of technical issue. Like it always has a connection problem even with got internet connection. Technical team should look after this and update the app.
Doesn't work. Keep saying that due to bank failure we are unable to transfer money. I don't think it's a real app, as even after submitting all the required documents I am unable to use it. Poor experience.
I will give only 2 stars. And both for at last money was disbursed in my account after 2 days from the submission of application. One Empty star for the amount which was disbursed only 2469, and repaid amount was 3070. That is so high rate of interest and other charges.And last Two empty star for the worst customer service, I was unable to repay the amount due to app problem,so I called to Customer care. A person from their dpt. said a link will be send on my number.but No Link.and nothing else.

I've taken and repaid my loan on-time before but they've not decreased the processing fee or interest, the processing fee is way to high it should be appropriate, also disbursal time is too much we're paying such high interest for urgent requirements of funds, we do have other options if we need to wait so long for disbursal, my disbursal still in process its been two days!!!!!!!!!!
Very useful app. I needed money urgently to my outstanding bills. Checked this app online and with just a few steps I could submit my loan application. There was no paperwork as I had to just upload few documents and within an hour the amount was transferred in my bank account. Surprisingly there were no calls nothin. Just got a message that loan was approved and got a message from my bank of the money getting credited. Great app. Loved it!
