I charged the account to get a Mastercard provided by them, but no use and always there is error to generate the card. I wish this service to be real service. No need to contact you as I did before and no solution, and at the end I charged my local network with the 50 USD and lost about more than half of it. Thanks
Sux. Used to be ok but not good, but now it really beyond useable. Automated replies with concerns, always ongoing maintenance even though it was already been hell of a months. Useless new card, can't pay anything with it. They just good in taking interest in funding and charging. If I really have other choice I won't stick with this one.
It's been since you withdraw crypto coins from the app and yet you didn't bring it back and never returned us our money!!
Support makes it hard to close an account I registered and was about to close the account because they have higher rates when you can get the same with no rates directly (for Amazon giftcards) but the support made it difficult and 2 weeks now with no response and my account is still up and running. I really regret registering for the service if I knew it would be this hard.
Great app, with many useful features. Would love for it to have a card usable at malls and other places like a bank credit card, hopefully sometime in the future. I do have one suggestion to make. It would be great to have a news section somewhere accessible on the application. However, there is also an issue with opening notifications. Whenever I try to open it, it would log me out with an error message. Although problems are inconvenient, they seem minor and the app is definitely improving.
The idea is great, but the application is totally not stable specially on Android 10, it keeps crashing I have to clear the app data Everytime and remove and install again sometimes, and if I used biometric to authenticate if I left the app open in background and open it again it will keep crashing for ever, I have to quit the application and return again, it needs to be built from group up with new code or update the current code
The recent "SIM must be in phone" update is terrible. The sim with my phone number is in another device, I don't want to take it out just simply to login to cashu... If you really want to implement this feature then at least make it optional through user security settings (on/off). Having it forced is annoying.
It is really bad experience very low quality of service. I would not recommend to any one to use. I downloaded the app subscribed and paid in $ to their agency. The main goal for me was to launch a virtual Mastercard. At first the service was acceptable. The last three months the Mastercard stopped many times. Two months ago they withdrew the card and launched a new card called Joy. Unfortunately. It stopped two weeks later up to now.Now they are launching a new one called Joy Plus and asked for 7 $ as fees. Very bad please don't use it.
They locked up my money, after funding a card with valued money, the decided to stop the card and promised it will work starting the new year....but it's been more than 5 months and I cannot use my money, they always ask you to contact support but you get automated messages!!! They claim you can use the money on different sites but it's all a lie... And they invented a new card that you cannot use your money to fund in order to take more money from you!! I want my money back!! Stop scamming!!!
If I can give u 0 rating I wolud, What kind of service is this! credit cards appears and disappears out of the sudden & cards gets cancelled for no reason. What kind of service is this! You took my money and now it's stuck in a useless service that I cannot even renew my netflix or hulu account! I demand an explanation about this crappy service. WORST EVER!! Chose one star because it's tvu4entlu the lowest. And I couldn't rate lower. It's frustrating, demotivating and extremely annoying. The worst experience ever and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I wouldn't recommend CashU even to my worst enemies. All of your communications are misleading and incorrect. How could anyone trust such a company. Wherein trust is very important. I feel that I've been stolen and all transactions are fraudilant Bad user I terrace and support.
Very bad experience, can't create an account for a week now because only a few number of countries are available for phone number registeration ever since they made registration only available through the phone app and support team is no help all they send you is an automated message saying they are working on an update again and again no matter what you send th them it's like they have no costumer service whatsoever
Ripper app,I'm facing verification issue from a month and they are not able to solve it. I can't transfer my money to another person. Multiple times I opened the support ticket but nothing happened. Worst app never install this app. This app is totally scam. They'll lock your money for unlimited time
Still Fraud. No services are available even after the last updates. I can't use the 100 dollars in my account since 16 months! old comment: FRAUD by all means. Be very cautious! I can't use or get back my money for almost a year now! Support team never help.
a scam, Be careful.I lost my money in their "wallet". Now I can't use it and when I contacted them they say that I need to buy "premium" balance in order to be able to use it online. But money in the wallet is just useless its just a number that gets decreased every month.
The worst service ever. The support team is the worst in the world of digital money . They keep sending you the easy automated responses and never try to understand what is happening. The one star is for the app itself but don't recommend a financial service with such a support team as you will end up suffering with them.
(Virtual mastercard that doesn't work on any website !!!!!!!!) -- this is the old review. My previous review was on the 1st on November, and I am updating my review today the 13th of December. After a month and a half the wallet became totally unuseful I have an amount of money on my wallet but I can't use it in any servy, just a number you have been facing this problem for almost 3 months now without any solution or at least a promise, totally deserves less than one star.
The experience was mediocre, the document upload section is not working, the transitions aren't good at all. There is no support number to call. I hate cashu. Generic response to review, I hate it more and more, instead of understanding what's the problem and trying to fix it you said you're making it better LooL, that's not helpful by any means.
They do provide great service and were reliable. However, and after updating to the new Majd Joy card, I'm not not able to use the Mastercard for online payments. And it became useless. I hope you can fix this as soon as possible or return to the old Mjd card. Kind regards
There are several problems in your application. Firstly, money cannot be withdrawn from your application, and I cannot transfer money to Paypal, and the digital currencies that I have purchased cannot be transferred to any other company or wallet, either the purchase does not support major and international companies, and this is all in one box and It is inefficiency and could be considered financial fraud. I changed my rate from 4 stars to 2 stars ,because every time when I open the app that message appears "Missing/Bad FileProvider for FreshChat. Camera capture will fail in devices running Nougat or later versions of OS (ErrorCode :354)" Please fix.
No customer service support lately, even if you contact them they reply with same response over and over again. Majd joy card is awful and very awful, took 2 weeks to issue although they said 48 hrs. And now STOPPED working, my Facebook ads stopped cuz i have debt to pay, and Facebook administration also stopped my profile all of that bcuz cashu card stopped suddenly without any notice. Service fees is too much, they take 2 $ for evey transaction which is very bad in Facebook ads. Run away 🏃🏃
Paid 103.55 dollars to load my account for a 100 usd. Card was charged, amount not credited. 2 tickets opened, no response. It's been 2 days. Also when you open a ticket you don't get an email with the ticket ID and content. As long as the company operates this way I'd recommend you stay away.
It doesn't work, it doesn't let me upload my ID to upgrade my account... plus it doesn't support all countries you can't get the card in all the world... if it was given a virtual card it will be awesome... and also the website doesn't provide to much services and support... fix it... plus never and never link bank accounts to applications it Wil be foolery... you should provide me a bank account not me
Horrible servicee and THEIVES pretending to provide a virtual mastercard but when you actually add money to your balance and try to generate a new mastercard an error message pops up telling me i can't. I am telling everyone i know not to use your catastrophic app and service..whether you guys update this app soon and fix the error or i'll be filing an official legal complaint against your company !!!
