Cashword by Idaho Lottery

I've been playing my 2nd chance games on this app for several years and have had very few problems. But as of 6/21/19 I haven't been able to play a single game! I have 6 games ready to play but they won't load. I also have several other tickets to put in but haven't. I've tried entering the app in various ways and uninstalled/reinstalled the app which hasn't helped at all! I've emailed you about this and got no response. YOU SHOULD FIX YOUR APP OR TAKE DOWN! RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOR.💩

This app has dumped tons of my claims so that i wasnt in the drawing even tho i won entries and lots of them, wasted a lot of my time, also doesnt upload my entries to boise

Ive played alot but for the last month i have been unable to play the bonus, all i get is a frozen screen. Once again i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app in hopes it will work..

Love this app. I wish I could buy the scratch card, but I live in MA. I wish I could order them and have them mailed to me. To bad MA doesnt have this game. Lol

its working, thru web browser for me now so yay! havent won on any of these 2nd chances but trying still

I cant even use it and idk why if it's a legit app for idaho lottery I should be able to play my tickets not stare at a frozen screen

I love Cashword ! Question can other scratch tickets other than the cashword ones. Can they be used on something else. The non-winning ones?

When I select either play for prizes or try it's just blank. Haven't been able to play at all for a day or so. I've tried everything and nothing works. when a game should pop up it's just showing the background screen.

Wouldn't open for me at all. Kept glitching out and never got to play.

Even if you don't win, it's fun to play.
