I went through the process of setting up my account but after I verified my email address I went to sign in and it says that it wasn't a valid account. I then tried to redo the setup but then it tells me that I already have an account. I just want to be able to access my account for players club. Then when I tried to email the developer my emails won't go through.
app shows my free play i get every week and what promos i have but when you tap the free reward icon in the app all you get is a spinning wheel and that's it. the first time i updated the app the free reward worked but now it doesn't, what's the point in that if it doesn't work. can someone fix this glitch
This was was almost 2 stars, but I asked the Club Sol desk why the kiosk nor the app ever show my food vouchers or stay & play offers for comp rooms. She took my card & printed me a new one that was almost holographic on the silver parts & my old one wasn't. (opal) The self serve machine always prinys me a 2020 card but she gave me a 2021 card. Now all my offers show in app & kiosk & if I print at kiosk now it gives 2021 card. Dont know why they still do 2020 but Try it! 2021 card will fix it!
Can not get it to open on Samsung Note 5. Tried uninstalling it then reinstalling but no luck. Had it on my iPhone 11 no problems.
Free reward section never loads I just get the little spinning icon and won't show. App is okay tho.
All this app showed me was the same flyer I get in the mail. The scratch game never worked.
Downloaded it becuase i got the email about the free scratcher game but its just hook bait cant find app scratcher game or the free rewards button on this app wast of time
This app does not work when i brought it to the attention of the club sol group supervisors. They blew me off

does not reflect my rewards. Doesnt reflect discounts for rooms for members. I wanted to see my rewards here and that is why I downloaded. Very disappointed. Overall poorly designed app. Oh and then I had to reset my password twice before I could get in. I think the trick was to drop the leading 0s in the account number.
