One, I had only been playing it for about 5 minutes when the rate this game prompt appeared, and then it just got worse. But I would much rather play the Double Down Vegas slots instead. Better games and the bonus system is less complicated. Simply put, it's a lot more user friendly and I get plenty of free chips and spins from their Facebook page and game groups.

I was sent an email saying if the games freezes it is due to an old app, old phone, or too many apps running. None of those instances apply. It doesnt freeze at the lower bets it freezes at 22,500, 50,000 and 90,000. I was also told that if it freezes it is designed to take you back to the bonus, but that has not happened. it freezes, coin sound keeps going and then the screen will go black. I have to close the app and reopen, only to have lost the win. Unistalled...

The game used to be good. The recent update now has the game locking and asking for feedback pop-up over and over. Now cannot play the game. Please fix and I'll go back to 5 stars. Oh and your Classic Slots app sends notifications for free coins all the times, but it never works and says "no internet connection." FYI my internet connection is high speed and optimal and all devices are working properly. Thank you

Super cool. Awesome bonus system with free coins and neet little scratch off tickets. BTW the game doesn't freeze when hitting large payouts, it seems like it takes the time to show me everyway that l won. Just be patient and the game then continues as normal. The keys are cool too, allowing me to unlock different machines within the game. Anyway, thanks for the entertainment without having to leave the house!

If you like losing these slots are perfect. You will struggle to win anything above your bet and free spins are really unproductive. Support said I was just experiencing a losing streak. You think? Suffered that experience from the first spin ever since I download the game. Bottom line, they want your money. Not a problem if one could just experience some fun.

You have to spin way too many times to ever get a bonus. Then usually the bonus only covers 2 or 3 spins credit wise. In other words, you go through a million credits to win 250000 credits. Takes the fun out of it. Some games I have played over a 1000 spins, and still haven't gotten a big win or a bonus round. A year later and still the same. Most "wins" don't even cover half the cost of the spin. Part of the fun is large wins, which takes way too many spins to get. Looking for other games.

It's... Ok. The way the bonus system works is a bit funky. It goes bronze, silver, gold and then daily bonus. I think there may be one other too... You can collect the bronze bonus every 15 min and it goes up from there with gold being every 8 hours, I think. Kind of annoying, but also kinda cool... if I'm playing I can get that lil extra more often. But it's a lil' bonus amount, so you use it all in like one spin. Booooo!And I seem to ALWAYS run out of coins in this game. The Struggle is real.

I tried to make contact via email so there was no need to "delete" the 5 stars but unfortunately no customer service. Consistent issue with reels lining up but no payout, less than your bet payouts unless you are able to bet really higheted. I get a bonus finish the spins see a payout amount and the game freezes. Go back in to the game and it says recover bonus and even though it was completed the bonus round starts over and my new payout is always far less than it originally showed. Shady

Game is terrible. Especially if you're in a bonus it freezes, then when you get back you end up losing everything. Disappointed. Don't buy chips because you'll loose it!!! And it's not a technical issue it works just fine when it's taking chips/coins away. It only happens when it's paying!

Boosts are a joke...15 minutes long yet it took 12 minutes trying to collect bonuses and waiting for slots that would not load! Had to restart, and same thing...different slot would not load...restarted again , and finally got one started (not the one I wanted) and ... Less than 3 minutes later, times up on boost! Keep this up and I will uninstall faster than other slot games!

This game has great graphics and several fun challenges. I will rate it higher when you fix the issue of the extremely slow loading problem. It opens however takes about 5 minutes for the game to load. I often lose patience before I ever get to play- not to mention the needed weekly updates! Fix these issues please!

After ever decent win or free spin feature they ask if you'd like to rate. And the slot tropper that interrupts game play is annoying as hell. I mean it is bonus coins to play for free. But damn can I have the option to turn it off?!

********Horrible customer service!! Their app froze before what would have been a very high winning spin. I sent 3 screenshots to prove as I've learned to do from other apps that have had issues. After several emails due the their own confusion & lack of knowledge as to how their "contact us" is SUPPOSED to work (another glitch) they gave me 2x my bet. I would have won WAY more than that had their app worked correctly. I guess I should have read ALL reviews as it sounds like a recurring theme.

I love playing Kitty Glitter but I have the same problem. It freezes up during play then when I try to go out and back in... a start your free trial pops up. I play as a guest because I don't have FB! Can you not play any of the slots for free without the free trial popping up? It seems this app is full of glitches and apparently they're in no hurry to fix it if everyone is having the same problem. I love playing the slots on here but too frustrating to play!

don't bother, this is one of the bad ones. gives you a little money to start and then gives you some more when that is gone. all in all my money lasted about 30 minutes making nominal to midrange bets. Not once on any game did I get a bonus play. slow and laggy a lot of the time, and shuts down sometimes on its own. There are much better games out there

Just started this game. Every time I hit a bonus round it freezes up. Very annoyed 😡 I read one other complaint where it was answered that WE have to contact someone else to take care of the problem. We told you , YOU pass it on !!! God, how hard is it ? Okay someone emailed me said they would look at the problem. Worked great until I bet high and got a bonus round...froze up again! 😖

cool game but another reviewer had mentioned that once you got past level 30, bonus and wins don't happen that often. didn't believe it. apparently he was right. if I do get a bonus, I get the lowest amount possible, which makes me chuckle because I can call it every time. fun game for passing the time but horrible payouts

This game has steadily gotten worse...they reel you in and it falls flat on its face. They offer all kinds of gimmicks to get you to play and none of them pay that much to warrant recommended it to ANYBODY. I won't be buying anymore credits or scratchers due to how they rip you off. I wouldn't recommend this game...find one where the credits are cheaper to purchase and one that allows you to play awhile

Been cheated out of multiple free games. No matter the game I choose when the free game feature initiates, it will go through the free game, just to freeze and the only way to get the app to work again is to restart my phone. When I would get back to the game I would loose all the points. I've also had to erase this app and then reload it.
