Nothing but problems. Kept getting "data errors" (connection errors, I think) when trying to register. Finally got the account registered, but then when the app starts up, literally nothing works. It sits on the main screen, and pressing on any of the buttons does nothing. Totally useless.
App will only download on WIFI, I cant speak on the how hard it is to use since I get server 1004 errors, because their app cant even connect to its own servers. Since I cant get to the server, I cant use the app. Ill be replacing the register with a more reliable and robust system. Stick to watches Casio, do one thing and do it well. DO NOT PURCHASE OR USE, I have 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and own food and beverage inventory software and Id be firing my app programmer if this is what he showed me. Even though I couldn't access the "Tools" in the app just the sign in was glitchy and bad enough. this app is really bad, and the register isn't much better. There are way better alternatives as a fill in POS. If you need a cheap register that is really hard to set up, this is for you.
Terrible, the app doesn't work. I keep getting error messages. We got the app to work on my wifes phone but the app kept crashing when connecting to the till. Very very poor from Casio, we paid extra for a till with this service, wish we hadn't have bothered.
I can get the app to connect to the machines but I can't get my password to work, not reset it due to constant server errors on Casio's side it's not worth it to use the app if your forced to sign online every time
App is good, I m using it since 3 months and never create any problem but Provide the report print feature to print all reports from your app which will be beneficial to save the data in paper form , if it will be in pdf format that will be great.
It is hard to use.. Not user friendly. If you need to go exampe PLU 2500 no you have to scroll all way down not even scroll bar on the side.. Can be intagrated with barcod scaner will make everything easier.. Too much missing fonction.
Very easy to get up and running. Register programming via smartphone worked great. Unable to read any sales totals at all though, making this mostly useless.
Best till used easy to see weekly and monthly takings while not in store
Either this app or the Bluetooth in the casio is garbage. I had to install and reinstall the app everytime I want to do anything. Terrible......
data storage server error? has anyone got a solution from ecr/casio how to fix this or why its happening???? after 3 hours still on app screen with no where to go.....i see a return in my future
I really like this app works well on my phone but can't open the app on a tablet for some reason would give 5 star but can't get a second device to work
Difficult to connect to the register. Will not let me reconnect. Online support is minimal at best and nothing about reconnecting

Every time i try to pair with my cell I need to put in a pin number. I havent set a pin and the 0000 and 1234 wont work. How do I pair if Im locked out?
This app stinks! Does not pick up register on bluetooth. Cant enter register serial number. Frustration
App doesn't work as promised, receive constant errors at which point the app shuts down completely.

Horrible app. I guess they can't fix problems that have been reported over a year ago. Constantly disconnects from phone. Like previous reviews I'm unable to see sales reports at the end of the day via the phone. Pretty disappointing coming from Casio. You'd think with the money they make they'd be able to make an application and register that worked.
