This app is poorly designed. Overall layout & performance is middling at best. The "pairing registration" is the app & watch's ONLY option stored within the application. To perform others, the ill-named "Demo mode" and "Data Box(Stopwatch)" are its points of access. The "Guide" screen has a graphic representation of the watch and all its features. Unfortunately this does not permit access to any of those features. Once paired, it SHOULD open directly to the Guide to access ALL functions.

This is an embarrassingly bad app. The app & watch time sync stops working for no apparent reason; the longest it's ever worked is 2 weeks. Deleting the app data and then re-pairing the watch "fixes" it. The whole reason I bought an EQB-900 was for the time syncing. And no, it's not power saving, I've allowed the WATCH+ app full access to everything it wants (although why it needs GPS defies logic) and it's got no background restriction. If Casio would like to publish the protocol used to communicate with the watch we could write something that works

it used to work , now you cant get past the privacy review , what a load of rubbish, come on casio sort it out ! Changed my review, I phoned casio customer service. it freezes when you first open it , just give it a minute and it will allow you to agree to the privacy agreement. Hope this helps because it took 2 weeks to sort it but its perfect now

I got past the terms and conditions by scrolling down the text, then the tick boxes can be selected. However, as this was a second hand watch, the previous owner had never removed the watch from his app, this inaction causes an error when trying to connect on my phone. IF YOU EVER LOSE OR BREAK YOUR PHONE, YOU WILL NEVER HAVE THE BLUETOOTH FUNCTIONALITY OF THE WATCH AGAIN. HOW STUPID!!!!

First and foremost it doesn't meet google's security standard, so the mail function does not work with gmail. The find your phone requires that the app stays always open, and the app does actually always stay open, you need to manually kill it. All in all lets acknowledge that the "smart" features of the watch is a sham, and just occasionally use the app to sync time, which it can actually do.

Why can't you set multiple alarms with this App? An easy feature to add. At least this would justify the reason to have an App. Target lap times and time zone settings have been easy enough to set for years without an App. Please add multiple alarms and days of the week they go off as a feature to this app

I have the Edifice EQB-900 and I love this app. To be honest, I'm totally baffled by all the negative reviews here. The app automatically set the time and date of my watch within seconds. The help info in the app is brilliant, so I can quickly remind myself how to use all the buttons without having to memorise it all. I'm delighted with both the watch and the app :)

Communication app and watch functions. Graphically ok, but comparing to the edifice app I am missing some functions like e.g. the sync connection time. It can not be seen, especially if one owns multiple watches.

After updating this app, I'm unable to login. After clicking on agree to all and continue in the first page, it takes me to the second page. In the second page, there is an option agree to all and some more options. I am trying to click on agree to all. Secondly I also tried to click manually the other three options. However none of them are getting highlighted. Hence I'm unable to login to the app and use it. Please fix it so that I can start using it.

I have had a sheen watch for more than a year and I try time to time to connect to the app. It's stressful that it doesn't connect. It'd be way better if I knew watch had no this function rather than knowing it has but can not work!!! Do something about it!

*Extremely* poor connections. I'm sure it's this app itself because I can easily get a connection with nRfConnect. So it's not the phone/Bluetooth stack/watch. Somehow this app (which is required to do useful things which nRfconnect can't do easily) ignores the connection so doesn't proceed beyond the 'press button on watch' screen.

excellent app for my connected edifice watch. it took a little googling and watching the videos to figure out all the features but the time was worth it. I was able to set the alarm, set my local time zone, and set the zone for my house in Spain, as well as set the lost phone push button. then I said a different type of music for when I press the button so I can hear jazz one of those my phone and need to find it. the only issue is the app should have been better documented with the manual.

Can't understand the negative reviews, the app found my watch straight away and syncing works every time. Don't forget to scroll all the way down on terms of conditions of use or you cant tick the accept box, and you have to leave Bluetooth on the phone switched on or it won't auto sync, personally I don't leave Bluetooth on all the time as it runs my phone battery down but I sync it every week manually with the app, over all the app works for me absolutely fine

Recently, I can not connect my watch (EQB-500) to this application. İ have downloaded and reset the app but still can not connect. İt shows me "casio+ has stopped". After faultless trouble for over 3 years the app ceases to work and I removed it and reinstalled it on my phone but with no joy. My watch is so far out of synch now it is useless. Please help.

This a pathetic app from Casio... Really disappointed with the watch brand like Casio. You use this to sync your watch time but its a pain and not reliable at all. The "Find my phone" feature is a joke. It will never work, as it will work only if the app is open and running on your phone. The app also consumes a lot of your phone battery it will discharge your phone very quickly. Pathetic app install it to quickly correct your watch time and delete it immediately!!!

The app is a very simple and basic one used to sync time and set alarm. The phone finding feature didn't worked for me, but I don't need it anyways so for me it's ok That's pretty much sums up all. Nothing more....!

At first it was very difficult to connect but after reading up different reviews and doing some process of elimination the problem is about connecting mobile phone and watch is that if WIFI is on along with bluetooth it will not connect. It has to be off and using mobile data I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S8 and now everything works really great

Apps keeps running in the background even though it does NOT auto-sync the watch as it's supposed to, so going overseas would also mean a MANUAL reset. Only way to close it is to force close from the phone's Apps settings. Recently the apps for no reason suddenly could not connect to my watch.

Have successfully used the app for about 2 years but now no longer works. Am asked to agree to permissions but it will not allow boxes to be ticked and not able to accept any. Removed the app from phone and reloaded but the prob persists. Very disappointing. This needs to be addressed.

I have the 501 which connected to the app & time adjusted as designed. After 2/3 weeks all hands on the watch shifted to 12oclock. I returned the watch to Casio who returned it after no faults found. Since the watch fails to connect to bluetooth even after watching several videos & tutorials on YouTube as well as exhausting the troubleshooting suggestions made online & via the app. Watch is great looking & works after manual adjustment. Reading other reviews I'm guessing issue lies with this app

I have 3 watches connected to the app, the 500,501 and the 800. The app is great,easy to use and navigate. The only issue I have is with the 501 when setting world time, it does not set properly, I have tried different regions to no avail hence the 3 stars otherwise would have easily been 5

App works well. Pairs quickly and syncs time. 3 Stars because everytime I run this app, I have to force close it from app settings. It's ultra stupid that there is no exit path in this app and it stays running. No one wants to keep running this app forever!

Operates perfectly well. It may be helpful: I replaced my phone with a new one, but after that i couldn't connect my watch. Finally i've managed to solve the problem. Not enough to delet the previous settings from your phone, it should be deleted from your watch as well. In case of EQB 500/501 types, try the following: pull the crown to the second click, after that press the button below the crown and wait till the hour hand rotares. Press back the crown, remove the application from your phone, then install it again and start pairing your watch. It must work!

Won't connect to Huawei P20 Pro. Been into developer administration on phone can connect 3 devices. I have Eqb 800 would be helpful if you could let me know how to connect cheers. I have also followed the very easy guidance on the app and also YouTube videos to no avail. My phone can pick the watch up in Bluetooth but as soon as I try and register it fails

Works fine for me. The terms and conditions screen is split so you have to scroll down in the top half of the screen to get to the tick boxes which is a bit strange otherwise you can't use the app.

The old version was better. I have this app for a year. It was just doing its job. Now after upgrade I had to reinstall to get it work and now it doesn't show in the status bar the last connection time. So it will be impossible to determine if it works or not.

4/4/21 Update STILL POS app. Does NOT set time properly. Nice work Casio, last watch from you I'll purchase. Old review: Love the watch, hate the app. Have had the watch ~2 years. About May of 2020 the app set the time incorrectly. Deleted app. Set time. Just reloaded app. Still sets to WRONG time. A good app turned bad. Get it together Casio!!!

Latest version simply only connects after an initial watch registration. Use it a little later and it doesn't connect. Never had this, started after the last update. It says minor bugs removed, but the should say major bug added
